Posted .Hi Terrie. Sorry to hear you've had network connection issues with this product. Like any Wi-Fi camera it will require a good Wi-Fi signal in order to operate normally, and there can be many other factors in and around a home that could impact a Wi-Fi network, so it isn't necessarily a distance thing.
