App is terrible

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installed doorbell but couldn't get it to download on the swann app that the floodlights use. Turns out it runs on a separate app. Couldn't even download the app. Tried calling. Nothing. I took it back. Not really sure of quality of camera.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about your experience with our Swann Wi-Fi Smart Doorbell. This unit will use the SwannBuzz Application. This is available for IOS/Andriod devices using the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. The software for this is currently not available for desktop/laptop computers. Our Technical Support Team is available 24/7 and we are more than happy to assist with set up and installation.
