I don’t understand why other eBikes are so expensive. This does every thing you need for a realistic price. A few cool features such as variable pedal assist levels and leather seat too.

Do not get a bike from Best Buy

While I was hesitant to purchase a bike online from Best Buy, I was reassured that you could purchase an item online and then return it in stores. What they don’t tell you is there is a HUGE restocking fee. Absolutely terrible policy. The level of tinkering you would have to do on the break tensioning is way out of the level of home mechanics so you’re gonna have to take this to a bike shop and pony up for some adjustments as well. Either that or the brakes are poor quality.

Would not buy

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is the second bike i purchased from best buy both are the same model swft fleet. the first was great and still is. the second not so much. more of a lemon and i have sent about 20 emails to the swft email address [email protected]. haven't gotten a reply for the past several months after the first reply asked for video of the problem that i sent. the motor makes a lot of noise and the throttle hasn't worked. funny thing im not asking swft to pay for anything ill pay just tell me where to order replacements parts. nothing from the company.

Great for 2 years Now dead

Won’t charge. New battery costs $450. Be aware of this when buying. Sesame thing happened to a Nakto bike I bought but the battery was only $200 to replace.
