Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this based on the reviews and when I picked it up the guy who loaded it in my car told me he didn't know why everybody was bringing them back because they are really fun to ride and the answer is that they only work the first time. after that its over! lots of these are coming out defective and I don't know if its the battery or the unit but you can't get power to the bike after it needs to get charged. amazing bike and I'm pretty smart and I'm just going to suck it up and return it but I did love the bike.

Ok but get a bike from a bike shop...

Not a lot of power when goung up the slightest hill. Would be great in a city that was flat and had proper roads. Which Pittsburgh Pa does'nt.

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE

The rear wheel literally keeps falling off after less than a month of use. I took it to a bike shop and they said the design is defective (the motor torque causes the wheel to separate from the frame). Best Buy refuses to take it back because I was 10 days after the 15 day return policy. Best Buy should not sell this item, it is defective and potentially dangerous.

Stay away

The kickstand is poorly designed and has already needed replacement twice. Now there is a power issue where pedal assist will not work and we get no response from the throttle. It's already been in a bike shop 3 times for various issues. Purchased in May of 2022, and it quit working in June of 2023. I will never purchase another bike made by SWFT

I’m 5’5” and it’s definitely too big for me but I’m making it work. It’s a good value but I’ve spent quite a bit on additional things to suit my needs.

Don't Spend $2k on an ebike this one is perfect!

Purchased it for my surfer wife, slapped on some racks and she's been cruising to check different spots of the beach every day. It has the right amount of power to ride against the wind and in the sand. Wonderful if you want to remove the battery and use it as a regular bike too. Highly recommend!

Battery stops recharging twice

My first stopped working after the first recharge. After I returned it my second stopped recharging with only 12 miles of ride time. I don’t recommend that you buy this crap!!!

Do not buy
