Sounds like a great deal right? I might as well have ordered direct from Keurig or another retailer. When I use these pods, I always shake them up before use. When I shook these pods up, the hot chocolate was hard and clumped so it was pointless using the Keurig machine because all the chocolate would not be used. I had to improvise which was to break open the foil cover and use hot water from the water cooler or stove.

This was way past the sell by date when received and was bad so it got thrown out. Have not been able to find who to contact about this. The sell by date was April 2019. This product was delivered in October 2019.

I get a screen error that the water is under pressure and to open slowly and remove the cup. Since this is just hot chocolate i just rip it open and add hot water instead. Makes a mess when removing 8 seconds into the brew. I won't buy these again.
