Great chocolate taste

Love hot chocolate in cold weather

My favorite K Cup ever

Good Cup of Cocoa

Those were the days! This doesn't have the same flavor on it's own, but when I add some half and half or whole milk (especially to cool it down for my grandchildren) it is a very good cup of cocoa.

Impossible to cancel subscription product.

Unfortunately he is no longer with us. I've been trying to cancel the subscription but I've been unable too. Last month I sent the product back as we no longer need it. BB support has been absolutely worthless in re to canceling the product. PLEASE cancel the product...I'm begging you. As to the product itself my grandfather liked it.
