The taste with this product is just average. It doesn't have a creamy taste it is dull. It does taste much better when you add marshmallows to it. I found that the store brands are just as good and cheaper too.

I think you really can not go wrong with flavor. My problem was with the packaging. I ordered the box online and chose store pick up. I didn’t notice anything wrong with the box. I get home and open it and there’s chocolate powder residue all around the kcups, never has happened. Other than that, flavor and quality of product is ok.

We ordered the 40+ count box and the majority of them had trouble properly mixing, causing the taste to be a bit watered down. Oddly enough, the 16 count boxes have much less of this issue.... which makes me wonder if it's simply due to the age of the box, being that 40+ count boxes probably take longer to sell. If you attempt to break apart the contents by squeezing the cup it helps. But still, it shouldn't be like this. BTW, this happens both in a cheap $50 k-cup coffee and a $300 machine.

Hot cocoa tasted good. My only complain is that the syrup does not fully resolve when I use my Keurig, which significantly decreases the quality of taste.

Good hot coco brand and product but the box came expired and the k-cups product was hard and not powder anymore.

It taste very much like using the powder to make a cup of hot cocoa. However much more expensive per cup. A little more convient perhaps but not worth the added cost.

    Buy in store, not online

You need to buy these in store and not online. The online ones that I ordered were almost expired and had solidified into a big rock, wouldn’t dissolve. I could physically shake the in store ones and could tell they were powder. Taste good, just use smallest cup setting or will taste watered down. 3 stars because apparently they are hit or miss on quality. Just buy in store and know what you are getting in person.

I find these K-cups to be quite convenient but for whatever reason, this one just doesn't seem to do it for me. I'm not really getting that chocolate fullness I get from a normal hot chocolate, but maybe your experience is different. For me, 3 stars.

THis has a decent cocoa flavor but the watery flavor still lingers behind and so takes away from the rich cocoa flavor. Very convenient, though.

This particular cocoa has the taste of a sugar substitute, although it still has the same flavor. Not a sugar substitute fan.

I was expecting a thick hot chocolate but mine came out a bit thin on the watery side. This may have to do with the fixed amount in the K-cup and the size of drink you are making.

These pods are just average. The taste is okay but they can be watery. They are not the best for Keurig machines even though the box says they are safe for the machine.

The hot chocolate taste great, but each k-cup only makes a 6oz cup at a time. So if you want a larger cup, you need to use more than one.

Coming from someone who normally makes hot chocolate in milk, this came out very watery. The consistency and taste just didn't do it for me.
