There’s an airlike pocket that goes against your mid/lower back that greatly assists comfort wearing it for a while with 25lbs+, used Brightline (train) luggage scale. No signs of wear or fraying, coming from the Ibex swissgear where the threads tend to let go from the zipper of the main compartment to the reinforced handle. Great compartments and padding, and an RFID pocket lined on all sides - put all my ssds/nvme’s in it, banking cards, and passport while traveling.

This backpack has tons of space, it has the option to through one of the straps to connect to a USB port that can charge your phone. To charge your phone or whatever you need there’s a hidden compartment where you place a battery that connects to the USB port. My 16inch laptop sits perfectly on the back compartment and I don’t feel heaviness or lack of support. The straps are very adequate and give you support on the shoulders. Basically, I recommend this backpack 100% to everyone.

Great backpack lots of storage compartments and pockets. If anything, perhaps too many. Very comfortable on the top grip and wearing through airports. Fits under the seat in front of you on airplanes. I only this pack for a weeklong trip while carrying my laptop, headphones, phones, chargers, etc. Not sure about the usb cables running through the backpack. Not a feature I would use and is slightly annoying

My favorite backpack yet. I have the fun of buying laptop bags and cases for my company in order to recommend them for our staff. This is my favorite. It has an amazing amount of space and holds my 15.6" laptop with a little room to spare. The bag is built very nicely and the pockets have a logical layout with added protection for your phone in a pocket. The price is a little high but worth it.

This is a great bag for transporting my office between classes, meetings, and out of town events. It has an enormous amount of space with lots of cubbies and places to keep things. That can make it heavy, but the strap in the back that enables it to attach to my suitcase handle relieves the strain of carrying it when it's full. I keep not just my laptop but a second monitor, all of the cords, folders, writing materials, notebooks, and even a change of clothes.

I give alot of 5 star reviews but each and every one is worth it , i read alot of reviews and research alot prior to buying things . This bag was purchased for a trip to hold and store my electronics as a carry on through the airport . Having multiple sections helped keep everything organized and protected . Nice thick quality to keep electronics safe . Easy to charge items with plug able to connect into strap with portable charger inside bag . Was able to safely transport and charge my phone tablet nintendo switch hold snacks water and a few books . Another great purchase from best buy

I purchased this bag for my gaming laptop and other essential electronic items. I purchased for a military assignment overseas and the purchase was well worth it. It has a lot of separate compartments and pouches for just about everything. It is a very comfortable bag to wear. The price was just right, and I highly recommend it

Best laptop bag I have purchased. Extremely well designed with convenient pouches and device protectors. It has excellent carrying capacity and intuitive placement of things such as the charging port on the strap chest high. It is durable and it looks professional. I carry it everywhere as an active and busy college student and pen tester. I am so glad that I splurged and paid the rather larger than normal pricetag for a backpack! Two thumbs up!!

Great backpack and love all the pockets and storage for laptop as well as pens and papers that I carry for work. The backpack has a wire that allows you to have a battery pack in the bag and a cable from the shoulder strap to charge devices which make it easy to not have to open it up when traveling through the airports.

Very sturdy and well-made bag. Has decent padding and a lot of compartments to stay organized. Just a note… you have to purchase your own portable charger in order to use the mobile device charging that is advertised for this bag. The bag comes with a usb-A cable that is threaded through one of the shoulder straps so that you can charge your mobile device on the go.

Sturdy, comfortable, and spacious! I had my laptop, ipad, battery pack, a podcast mic, so many cables and chargers for different handheld devices and still had so much room! Love the glasses pouch on top. Put my gaming glasses in there and traveled with them and no damage Only beef is that I use a bigger mouse and struggled getting that into the mice pouch.

I was looking for a bag for traveling on airlines. I needed something that has decent padding, durable, on the lightweight side, and has a built in USB charging port. I got this because it was on sale and seemed like what I was looking for. To my surprise, this is built like a tank. Its heavily padded enough that if you were in the middle of a black friday customer stampede, your precious electronics may have a better chance surviving than you. Even the back strap to hook on your luggage is pretty thick. All together and empty, it has a bit of weight and thick by default. It has all the right pockets that I would use on a daily basis. When it comes to ergonomics, it comes out rather on the big side and im a medium build asian at 5'7. Since it does not have a front strap buckle, I don't think I would like to wear this all day and everyday for long hours of commute. It will defnitely strain my back given the weight when empty. Overall the quality is excellent for what it is intended for. Unfortunately this is not for me.

This is the bag to have for anyone who needs to tote their laptop, especially in airports. The bag is very sturdy, with really thick, but soft, shoulder straps and top handle. There are more than enough compartments to store several items, including sunglasses. I almost didn’t get this bag because it says that it can only hold a little less than a 16 inch laptop. My laptop is 16 inches on the dot. However, this bag holds my laptop with room to spare.

This is perfect for my grandson. He is 11 and travels a lot with his Nintendo Switch, laptop, and the accessories those need. The backpack is well padded to help protect the electronics against the uncaring attitude of an 11 year old boy. So far it's holding up well.

Pretty solid backpack, I needed something to replace my old travel backpack and found myself purchasing this product. There are several convenient locations for your tech devices and your important documents to keep things organized and efficient. Storage is sufficient and the quality feels good.

An awesome backpack if you're going back to school and wanna make sure you're laptop stays safe, had a few slips and trips but my laptop survived em all!

Well designed, very tough, plenty of space for storage. The built in charging is great. Do wish storage for the battery was a little larger but I did get a 10000mAh backup battery in there. I carry my 17” laptop and files and plenty of supplies. Only as heavy as I make it.

This is a really well made backpack, loaded with great features. To start off with, one of the most important, and often over-looked features are the straps - well padded, with a yoke at the top, I can carry a full load comfortably. Tremendous storage space, with great flexibility, and security for my electronics. This is a really super backpack

The bag is off good quality and has good storage for laptop and also to put other things but the only thing i see i cannot put my iphone in mesh packets it has bit larger it will be good the phone be carried over there instead of putting in bag or pocket.
