Excellent Back pack. very Durable! Plenty of compartments of different sizes with HD Zippers!

Pockets are your friend and this bag has plenty. It’s well cushioned so your laptop will be well protected. I didn’t give 5 stars because the side pockets were a little to small for my water bottle. Plastic 16oz plastic bottles will fit fine but I don’t use those.

After the backpack i had wore out i decided to look at a swissgear backpack. What sold me was the quality and pockets. Perfect for my work and travel needs.

It has a lot of room and compartments for my computer and items. It's also very durable. It's comfortable and easy to carry around the campus. Best backpack that I have owned so far.

Zippers are smooth and easy to open. Bag carries my laptop safely. Lots of pockets and places for books, clothes etc. Love the small pocket up top for headphones, keys, etc.

This backpack is awesome; very rugged and has many separate zipper pockets; plenty of room for laptop and cords plus books and binders.

Only backpack I could find that would fit a 17” laptop. Travels well and has tons of widget space.

Very sturdy indeed. Comfortable padding. Worked great with luggage handle strap(plopped on my smaller carry on suitase, the strap in the back allowed me to wrap it around the telescopic handle). Feels very high quality in materials.

Padded and protects my computer, old laptop, and all other components. Sturdy and so far, very durable and convenient.

Took my time to find the right pack for my laptop, Swiss Gear fit the bill! Someone actually took the time to think this design out when dealing with today's larger laptop's. All the pockets are in the right place and they make sense in regards to pen and pencil placement. Notebooks and paper also have the right sizing to fit snuggly. And the most import part is the quality and workmanship---Top Quality zippers, reinforced stitching and material. This pack will last a very long time without any worries!

This backpack cost a little more, but it is built to last a lone time. I know people who have had this same one for five years. This make this a great deal. They also hold alot.

This bag is a huge value! There are lots of pockets for saving your various items, and the padding for the back and shoulders is exceptional!

By far the best backpack I've ever owned . I put 20-30lbs of tools in this bag and it's still comfortable . Very strong material and lots of room .

My ASUS G72 with a 17.3" widescreen fits so snug that is has to be forcibly pushed into the padded sleeve, and the only reason the laptop came back out of the sleeve is the G72 has a 1/4" long leg I was able to hook my finger under to get a grip on the laptop. All the padding around the laptop is very thin and compresses very easily. The upper corners of the laptop extend slightly above the curved backpack design, so the zipper has to be stretched out and over the laptop; which leaves two corners of the laptop protected only by a thin layer of polyester. In addition, the laptop padded sleeve is about 4" short to completely cover the upper portion of the laptop, and there is a large metal zipper pull that is exposed on an inner pocket, so unless you keep something between the zipper pull and your laptop it is going to do some serious damage to the surface of the laptop's lid. The G72 17.3 Widescreen is exactly 16.5" wide by 11.75" deep and will not work with this backpack. I have looked at no less than 100 models of backpacks and cases around town, and of the few I found that fit the G72 I chose the Targus Travel Roller Notebook Case for 17" laptops. The downside is there is enough extra room around the laptop that I also bought a Targus Slipcase Notebook Sleeve for 17.3" laptops. With the G72 placed inside the notebook sleeve it slips snugly and securely into the laptop portion of the Travel Roller NOtebook Case. While I am quite satisfied with the double protection and added padding of this combination, I ended up spending $99 on the roller case and an additional $35 on the notebook sleeve (of course nothing was on sale). I recommend the Targus setup for 17.3" laptops.

I work from home most days, so I have to bring everything with me when I do go to the office. That's two laptops, assorted notebooks and writing instruments, a wireless mouse, water bottle, a phone, etc. This bag is large enough to hold everything I need while not being overly bulky or difficult to carry. The straps are super strong but padded so you can carry a surprising amount of weight comfortably. Seams are super strong, I've had it for almost a year and a half now with no signs of wear at all. Excellent bag. Would absolutely buy again.

I like the zipper pulls, and it has many pockets in just the right location. Even when empty, you can tell this is a heavy duty back pack. Comfortable.

Great value with alot of room. This bag had a pocket for everything and you can tell it is made to last.

These bags just hold up and carry everything I need. From my computer, water, phone, and odd ball items to my ipods and snacks, this bag is the bomb!
