Loved my day 1 Switch. Never had issues and was reluctant to buy this. Boy, am I glad I did. The OLED screen is making me go back and play games I beat ages ago, so I can enjoy the OLED view. Battery life is a HUGE improvement. I never had issues with drifting, so I am hoping that's the case here. If you play mostly docked, even that has an upgrade. Ethernet built in at the cost of a USB port, but whatever. But if you play strictly docked, then this might be fore you. The white matches my PS5. Love it love it love it.

I personally love OLED screens, and this one passes the test. It is a substantial upgrade from the older LED screen that didn't quite have as much brightness or contrast as we wanted. Ease of access is hindered for people upgrading from an older Switch in my opinion. The data migration process for taking data from an older Switch is an absolutely convoluted mess that doesn't need to be nearly as complicated as they make it. Even if you put everything on your SD card and swap it to your new Switch, it isn't that easy. Prepare to redownload ALL of your games. Also, for use in Animal Crossing, be very careful and follow the precise directions that involve downloading the Island Transfer Tool from the Nintendo digital store.

I love it! Best part of it is that i can take it anywhere i go. Battery last a pretty good amount of time, has enough storage for your most favorite games.

I only bought it to play animal crossing and it works perfectly for what I wanted.

Big enough for kids and it's display is bigger than the older. It plays the same obviously but the OLED screen and battery is worth it

The screen on this new version of the Switch is gorgeous. The screen slightly larger than the old version and it can get so bright while maintaining black levels that are truely black. The kickstand is WAY better than the old one as it spans the width of the back of the switch. I'd highly recommend upgrading to his OLED Switch or just making it your first purchase even if it's a little more pricey.

I've been playing this for about a month now and must say that it a slight improvement over the previous model Switch. The better screen is great for handheld, especially if it is being used with the stand and a pro controller. The stand is MUCH better than the original Switch. The old switch had the little stand on one side where this one is nearly the width of the whole unit. I've done some long play sessions on it without it getting too hot or lagging. It's definitely a good improvement over the older Switch I have.

I recently purchased the Nintendo Switch OLED, and I’m absolutely impressed! The vibrant 7-inch OLED screen makes colors pop and enhances the gaming experience significantly. The improved kickstand is sturdy and perfect for tabletop gaming. Plus, the enhanced speakers deliver clear and immersive sound. While the internal storage upgrade (64GB) is nice, I still recommend a microSD card for extra space. If you’re upgrading from the original Switch, the difference is noticeable, especially in handheld mode. Overall, a fantastic choice for any Nintendo fan!

It's a great upgrade if you own an original Switch from 2017-2018. I sold my original Switch for more than the original value since it was a HAC-001 moddable unit and bought this one. Kind of puts the Switch Lite in an awkward position considered this was designed with more of an emphasis in handheld with the screen. Nonetheless with the combination of the double battery life, beautiful screen, and wired dock, you're getting the best model right now. It is worth the extra $50 if you're a first time buyer.

The graphics, speed, and ease of use make this a perfect handheld gaming device. My daughter loves it, and uses is nearly every day for an hour or so at the end of her work day

Such a wonderful console. The beauty of the switch is games on it look great despite running at 720p in handheld mode. Having an oled screen really brings out the best in nintendo’s animation style. This isn’t a must have but it is fantastic. if you already have a switch, this isn’t a successor and if you plan on only playing in TV mode, I’d say get the normal one and use an $10 Ethernet adapter if you need.

This thing brought a part of my childhood back. I had been debating for a couple years weather or not I should get one and I finally did. Im very pleased with it. It has decent battery life and the rest of my family loves it too. Paired it up with the nintendo online + expansion and ive been able to play several of the older games i played as a kid. I highly reccomend the switch for anyone of every age its been a blast.

I have had this a year now and I am really glad I bought it. It has provided me with hours of relaxation and fun. It works well. I love the flexibility of switching from the handheld mode to the TV at will! The storage ran out quickly but a card can be inserted easily to help fix that!

I love it! Now as many know, this is NOT a Switch Pro. It has a bigger screen that's OLED. It makes the colors pop so much better and has a better kickstand and has more internal storage than the regular Switch did. Too bad they didn't fix Joy-Con drift... I've had mine for almost a year now and I am enjoying it. Though just my luck that they already announced a Switch 2...

Nintendo Switch OLED model is an excellent upgrade for anyone looking for a better gaming experience on the Switch. The new OLED screen, improved audio, and redesigned kickstand make it a worthwhile investment for both new and existing Switch owners. However, if you already own a Switch and are happy with its performance, the OLED model may not be necessary, as the performance improvements are minimal.
