This switch is awesome, it’s portable and fits most places for storage. The controllers are built-in so no more lost pieces. We Love our new switch lite!

My daughter received this as a Christmas gift and absolutely loves it. It is compatible with most of the Switch games she likes to play. It helped alleviate the battle over the main Switch with her brothers as well. My only pet peeve is I wish there was a way to download your already purchased games cards onto the Switch.

I gift this to my 4 year old and he is loving it he can watch YouTube kids and play games as well I think it was a great choice to buy it .

I was debating buying this or the OG Switch but I hadn't had a handheld system since I had the DS Lite and missed the experience. I really like this system, it feels great in my hands, it's easy to transport, and it's convenient. I mainly bought it to play Animal Crossing but I'll definitely be enjoying the other gaming options I have!! Battery life could be a little better but it's a cool device for the price and for people like me who don't have the regular Switch.

I would give this item five stars! But unfortunately, Nintendo has made setting these things up very confusing! My kids love them and me and my husband even plan on getting another one for our oldest for his birthday in two weeks! The problem I have is that when you link other consoles to one Nintendo account, you can't play the same game simultaneously on all consoles unless you use different users on the consoles. I also assumed that adding new users is kinda like a profile on Hulu or Netflix. But no, every new user needs to be linked or have a Nintendo account and you can't link all users on one device to the same Nintendo account! Smh it's overly complicated for no reason ! It makes me rethink purchasing another one.

My household already had a Switch but I wanted one to take on the road with me as I frequently travel across the country. The Switch Lite was perfect as it is lightweight and portable and came in at a cheaper price point. It has already made flights and hotel stays way more fun! If your household doesn’t already own a Switch system then I would recommend the regular Switch, but the Lite works well for children / secondary systems. Plus this way I can have my own island on Animal Crossing now!

I purchased two Nitendo switches for my two older children for Christmas and they loved them so much. I am very happy that I was able to purchase my children’s Nitendo switches from Best Buy. Hopefully I can order myself one soon because watching my kids playing makes me want one. I am so glad I was able to get my kids their dream Nitendo Lites.

Best system for my first time gamer learning to play

I debated about getting either the regular switch or the Lite. I figured that I’d spend more time on handheld play anyway and I could save $100 going for the Lite, so that’s what I chose. The turquoise color looks amazing in person and the console is a super comfortable texture to hold. I bought it specifically for Animal Crossing New Horizons since we’re all stuck in quarantine right now and I’ve gotta say so far I really love playing on the Switch Lite (as well as the game itself lol)

It’s a gorgeous pink color! It was so worth the money! Now I have a switch to play in docked mode on my tv & a switch lite for when I go out!

Easy to use, and so much fun. Great distraction and great for travel.

This is a wonderful console. I do kind of wish I bought the pink one instead, though! It's portable and easy to use for small hands. It's also more affordable than the other models. I have a regular Switch with a cracked screen, so I can always use that one in the dock to game on the TV, but I prefer to use this one for the mobility.

Bought for my daughter and she loves it! Very kid friendly with so many game options for her. Also great for long car rides and rainy days!

Fabulous handheld system for my son who is nonverbal and has severe autism

I also own a Switch, and was surprised to find I actually prefer the Switch Lite a majority of the time. I do use both devices primarily for handheld gaming. After the initial acclimation to the Lite, you really don’t notice that the display is any smaller than the traditional Switch’s display. If you are looking for handheld gaming, this is a solid device! The “blue” color is actually more of a purple in most lighting, so maybe avoid if you dislike shades of purple.
