I always enjoy the Sword Art Online games, I enjoyed playing this one, great RPG elements, but it does has some problems that make it hard to play, the biggest problem is that the game is only in japanese, there are subtitles but it is always annoying that you don't know what the characters are actually saying, there were lots of grammar errors in the game, like sentences that weren't finished, they were lazy when a character gets defeated and revives, for example when Eugeo would be revived it would say that Eugeo is back on THEIR feet, instead of back on HIS feet, there is only 1 file, it is extremely hard to get money, and your characters keeps moving for about 1 second after you let go of the joystick, I feel off so many ledges because of that, luckily you can be defeated from falling off a cliff or ledge but you will lose all but 1 hit point, I did enjoy the game though a lot it took me 63 hours to beat, it was pretty easy but that is a good thing, I highly recommend this game especially if you enjoy Sword Art Online.

There have been many Sword Art Online games but this might just be the best one of them all. Fun combat and story progression with fantastic voice acting from the original cast from the anime. The graphics may not be top tier but they do their job well enough to represent a virtual world.

Never have played SAO game or watched the anime but this is a lot of fun! Solid story and game play. It is in Japanese, so if you don’t know the language there’s a lot of reading but it’s still really enjoyable!

The game definitely has its fair share of optimization issues and glitches, but it’s still a really fun experience. I love SAO, so I enjoyed the original story and all the characters’ interactions. But if you’re not that into it, the sheer amount of dialogue will probably be too much.

This game does have some framerate drops and some bugs, so it was a little tough to play at first. They are doing updates and patches soon, so looking forward to that. The combat is amazing, better than the previous SAO games

If you are SAO fan, how can you miss playing this game. It has some diverse story from the anime. It is a good game to play in weekend and have fun with it. Decent battle system and graphic.

This game is really fun I enjoy it a lot the graphics and gameplay in general are awesome I recommend this to anybody

preordered it for eugeo content and it did not disappoint. not an amazing game, but thats what you should expect from sword art online. the current price ($30 at the time of this review) is a lot more fair for the quality than the original $60. its a good purchase if you're a big fan of sao! I have over 700 hours of playtime on this game and i dont regret it. its even more fun in multiplayer :)

If you like the Alicization arc of SAO this is a must have game, it covers that part of the anime with some differences. Still a pretty fun and cool SAO game

My opinion is a bit biased because I love sword art but this game is just as good as the other games in this series. A must buy if you’ve played all the others before this one.

The game is good but at the moment needs a lot of updates since the frame rate drops & controls have late reactions at times
