Good quality system but putting it together was a chore. Parts weren’t labeled and the small nuts and bolts were open and rolling around in the box. I was afraid I’d be missing pieces but everything turned out ok. You definitely need 2 people to put it together. Easy to use and change weights.

I had a similar style home gym and rod resistance home gym but both were lacking many things to be 100% effective. This one got real weight real full body workout, so many options and accessories for every muscle in your body.
