First issue I have noticed is this product does not play all DVDs. Yesterday, November 17th 2018, my oldest went to turn the 2nd screen on to watch a movie with her sister in our car, the 2nd screen will no longer turn on. I have tried many different power sources, still isn't working. Sylvania is not a good brand...
