    Over-all, we are very satisfied with the unit. It plays all of our blu-ray/dvd disks easily. The screen display is very nice. The built in speakers are adequate but earbuds sound much nicer. It can plug into a TV with an optional HDMI cable and act as a regular player. It has battery power to use on the run. If I could change one thing it would be to add wireless networking. It has a plug-in network port but who uses that anymore -- not that it matters, we wanted it strictly for playing discs.

    This player works great. It is very versatile in that it has built in speakers or you can use headphones, you can use it plugged into wall or charge it up and use it without the cord and also has a tilting and swivel screen. Only negative thing is that some dark scenes in movies are hard to see, but it's a portable player so it's not like a regular tv so I didn't take any stars away for that. It played an entire movie easily on battery alone.

    Bought this in summer 2020, and first one was great but stopped playing discs. I bought the insurance for a year and was able to take it back to BB for a new one. So far so good on the 2nd one.
