Played a blue ray dvd and a music cd with no problems. Picture was good. Sound quality not the best but okay. I’m not a fan of ear buds, found ones that came with fair. Plugged in my own wired head phones and found the sound to be very good and able to adjust sound to much higher volume. Will be good for our purpose with travel.

CD Video Player

It plays all of our CD's with excellent clarity. You can operate it from the unit itself or with the remote device. I gifted this player to my mentally and physically handicapped cousin and she is able to operate it on her own.

Adequate for a portable Blu-ray player

You have to be positioned just right to see the screen properly. The range and angel is limited. It's best to watch the whole movie at once, as it is not always easy to start where you left off, unless you leave it paused and on, which isn't practical for finishing the movie later that day or the next day. It's user friendly to use.

I bought this one and I am really happy with the purchase. I had read in some of the reviews about low sound and a dark screen. I haven’t seen any of these issue. The screen is very clear, the sound volume is fine. Yes it’s not Dolby surround sound but it’s fine. I definitely would recommend.
