    Seemed very promising, small deep fryer to have at home, to be able to deep fry mozzarella sticks at any time, the dream. But when I got this it had a big scrap on the dish so had to return with fear that it will turn into a big hole later after many uses.

    As an old restaurant owner, I wanted something I could cook up some fries, wings, rings, and zucchini on the weekend for my football parties. This little fryer was perfect for what I needed. While I could always use a larger fryer, (Who wouldn't), for the money and space needed, this little unit cranks it out. For the money you can't go wrong with this one.

    This was a good little cooker, but did not hold a lot of food. Could only cook one fish filet at a time and takes too long if cooking for a family. Batter also stuck to basket.
