    Somehow I don't like these electric unit because they don't raise the temperature higher than 300. Some foods need hotter temp. But this is a great unit for convenience of being able to recycle the used oil.

    After going through a divorce and now being a batchelor this Lil fryer is perfect for me fries well the oil level could be a little higher but perfect for frying thin cuts of meat .

    This fryer is very efficient and I love the fact that I can drain it to remove all the particals that remain after frying to help the grease last longer and not have the particals remain on the next items I fry.

    Love the drain and storage features. Wasn’t sure how to drain it at first, but just flip the lever to drain and once the oil cools down it drains automatically

    I purchased T-FAL deep fryer and the temperature would only go to 340 deg and should go to 374 deg. I went on line and asked about the heat problem and I received a few responses and said there was no problem so, I returned my T-FAL deep fryer and tried another one. I had the same problem with the second one, it only reached 350 deg. So I returned that one, which is too bad because I really liked the deep fryer especially the ease of the oil draining into the reservoir. Great feature!!!!!!
