This grill is awesome for food prep. On fatty cuts of meat, it does a really good job of keeping it lean. Not that all fats are bad but if your cutting down due to high cholesterol, this grill is a good idea. Or if you want to put it and forget it till the grill beeps this is also a good thing. I am replacing an old unit with this newly purchased one from BB. Get one!

My husband likes his meat well done and I like mine medium. I can place two hamburgers on the grill and within minutes mine is done with a yellow dot and soon after his is well done with a red dot. Perfect.

This thing is great. I was worried about purchasing a new grill for doing chicken in winter. My Cuisinart was about 10 years old and the nonstick was starting to fade. Can cook steaks perfectly with this baby no worries. It tells you when they are done to your liking.
