Foolproof indoor grilling. Works exactly as advertised. Very smart appliance! Perfect steaks every time. No flipping necessary. Even frozen meats turn out great. The excess grease flows off into the draining tray, and meat remains moist. Grilled potatoes turned out perfect too. I highly recommend this grill!

Like many, I started with a Foreman grill, than a 3 in 1 removable grill/waffle plates with manual settings -- but the T-fal OptiGrill is the best indoor grill ever. Frozen breakfast sandwich? Push frozen and sandwich icons, and it's ready when you are. Want your steak rare? It alerts you at rare, measuring the thickness of the food. I rarely use the manual setting because T-fal has the preheat and cook temps down to a science. Indispensable if you like grilled foods and quick cleanup.

Now my go to cooking grill. I used to grill outside a lot, but the cleanup and weather conditions make it sometimes not favorable only now reserved for a BBQ Party. So I was looking for a Indoor Grill that would become my work week daily cooker. At the time of purchase, I was debating between one of the new George F but chose the T-Fal over one simple reason. T-Fal sells replacement grill surfaces for $18 (PRO#1) if ever scratched up I could just easily go to T-Fal's online store and buy them. After testing the Optigrill for a week, I've learned about the many better aspects and features and I'm glad I chose this grill. The grill plates are very easy to remove and clean. (PRO#2) Simple one push button to release and cleaning is a breeze with a sponge. Nothing has ever burnt and stuck to the grill plates, everything just wipes off with a soft sponge. (PRO#3) The hinge design lets you cook any thickness due to the top grill plate always resting on top of the food flat. Cooking is very fast and you let it do all the planning. It's on auto cook (PRO#4) and it does it to perfection every time. There are one touch settings for each kind of meat and even for defrosting. The glowing opti light shows cooking stages of doneness. When it's done cooking it has a neat ring tone letting you know it's done cooking.

This grill is awesome! It makes a bold statement on my kitchen counter and matches my other stainless steel on black appliances. The grill heats very thoroughly and is a beast! I love it. George Foreman grill was disappointing in that it makes chicken and beef very dry and crunchy, but this Optigrill by far surpasses the Foreman. There is plenty of grilling space, the removable grill plates makes cleaning them very easy, and the weight of the product is just right for staying in place and applying the appropriate pressure while grilling. The only down side is the wait for preheating, but that is standard with most grilling products. I would absolutely recommend getting one of these.

I am very happy overall with my purchase. It grills everything it advertises very well. My only complaint is that it cooks a little faster than the light indicates, for example if you pull a steak off when the light indicates medium, it s more like medium-well. But it is incredibly easy to clean, even making cheesy sandwiches. All we had to do was just take a wet rag and wipe it off. It is definitely worth the purchase.

The grill works better than I expected. Make healthy, clean food. Easy to use, clean and store. Use it 2x a week. Highly recommend for those wanting to eat healthy.

This is a great compact electric grill. So far I have grilled steak, pork loin chops, chicken breasts, mahi mahi and salmon. Every single item came out perfect. It is very simple to clean too, I just rinse off the plates and toss them along with the grease catch basin into the dishwasher. It is a great product.

Love this grill and the design of it. Its colors and pictures and easy to use buttons are amazing easy for non chefs in the kitchen that appreciate great tasting food. The food cooks perfect everytime. I purchased a 2nd one for my trainer!

I have not had a chance to use all of the options for this device, but I have used it to cook a panini, and some steaks. I am a firm believer that steak belongs on a grill, but on a cold rainy day when you can't make it outside and you want a juicy steak cooked to order with little effort, this is outstanding. I have bragged to friends and family about this cooker and will continue to enjoy it for a long time to come. The plates come off super simple (Make sure you give them time to cool off, should be common sense, but you never know these days) and are a breeze to clean.

Not only is this grill easy to set up and learn how to use, it's easy to clean, which was one of the major drawbacks with the George Forman Grill. The grill plates remove easily from the grill body and are so easy to wash. I use the grill almost every day and wash it along with my dishes. This is great product that I really happy that I purchased!

This grill is great for indoor cooking! I have so far cooked chicken, pork chops, and hamburgers on this grill. They cook perfectly and it is so easy to clean the grill plates. The plates are attached to the grill and you can detach them to clean them. I highly recommend this grill to anyone looking for an easy way of grilling indoors!

Actually bought this for our in-laws, we already had one and love it. It is great, it grills meats to the perfect temperature. And the meat is still juicy. I even tried with a frozen steak, took about 15 minutes to thaw and cook, and it came out juicy and delicious. An added feature is the cleaning, you can remove the grill pads and wash them in the dish washer.

Cooks everything perfectly with no supervision. Colors change to desired taste. Excellent indoor grill!

This grill is amazing. I am coming from a george foreman and I am so glad I purchased this. It looks awesome aesthetically and it cleans easy. I hated cleaning my old grill but these plates pop off which makes life easy. So far, my chicken and tilapia have come off the grill with great perfection. I recommend this to anyone in the market for a new grill.

When I tell you that all you have to do is set it and forget it, that is all you have to do. Amazing for cooking all types of meat. The sensors tell you exactly when it is cooked to your liking. From well done to rare this machine will get it right every time.

For once, "As seen on TV" is actually a great product. Cooks well, super easy to clean.

My husband & I found this. We love it & have told all our friends about it. As a matter of fact several of our friends have already bought one too & they love theirs. We especially like it as we can never decide what we want for supper so we just pull stuff out of the refreezer when we get ready to fix dinner. It will be a permanent fixture on our counter top.

I love eating grilled foods but I don't always get the chance living in a NY apartment building but with this indoor grill I can have grilled foods year round. Grills foods to perfection and does so quickly. I've had it for over a month now and I love it.

Two things about this grill stand-out (I'm comparing it to my old "Foreman" grill):, and that make want to haul it out and use it (I do also have a I very good full-function oven!) 1. It's built-in ore-programmed timer (and thickness) functions 2) How easy it is to clean

I was alittle unsure about getting this because of price and size but after seeing it on Best Buys deal of the day, i snatched it up and am very happy i did! It cooks very well and feels high quality. The removible plates are easy to clean and are heavy duty unlike other cheap ones. I was about to get this for under one thirty after tax amd think its worth every penny fir those who like to grill with out all the mess or knowledge (i wasn't the best at making my steaks medium to medium well correctly, this solved that)
