    good tablet. major draw back is that the power button is on top of the tablet instead of on the side where volume controls are. good tablet at good price.

    It's great when it's working, but good luck when it freezes. Instructions for resolving it refer to buttons and slots that don't exist and things you can't do because the screen is frozen. Even the online troubleshooters don't work. The Reboot button is on the touchscreen, and you can't reboot when the screen stops responding. This is my first tablet. I love using it. But I can't spend hours trying to learn how to keep this thing running. And their support loop keeps asking me to buy an extended warranty. I want a product that works, not more money wasted on warranties.

    It's a solid tablet. I used it for reading and streaming. The main issue is you can't find a decent case for it. Amazon mostly has child cases, and I didn't want to look silly carrying it around in a child's case.

    The problem at buying a that's Best Buy you cannot locate is waurkeyboards for the unit. You have to buy it online somewhere else
