Literally the only way I will ever install a screen protector again. They do it right - and when they don't - they own up to it and redo it. I had to have them redo my phone screen protector multiple times, and they always respected my wishes, gave me zero grief, and redid it untill it was right. And by right, I mean perfect. Remember: when YOU do it - its your problem. Which also may mean you have to buy another protector. When THEY do it...their problem. Zero out of pocket to redo it. Pony up. Do it right the first time and get on with your day.

The Geek Squad at my local Best Buy put this shield on my iPad in record time and there has been no lifting or bubbles. It's on perfectly. They are the best! I've used them in the past for several things and they've always been quick and the service performed has always been perfect. Love them!

Upon walking over to the Geek Squad area of the store, we were quickly greeted and advised that they were finishing up with a previous customer and would be with us in just a moment. We had to wait less that 5 minutes and they took our iPad and screen protector and installed for us. They had it maybe 3 minutes. The protector is installed perfectly - honestly you cannot even see or tell that it is on there. No bubbles or anything on the screen. Highly recommend letting them install any screen protectors.

i will start by saying i am very glad i had geek squad install my screen protector for my ipad air as i can never do this right--it always takes me forever and i end up with lots of fibers and airholes, etc. installation took maybe 10 minutes by geek squad. the only thing i am disappointed in was the customer service provided by my geek squad agent. he basically just came out of the room where he installed it, walked over to me, and rudely tossed my brand new ipad air onto the counter at me. didn't say anything else to me and walked away. odd behavior for an employee, but maybe he was having a bad day. when i looked at my ipad air i could see a lot of air bubble still, which i don't usually see when i use geek squad installation, and i was going to ask the guy about it, but i ended up just leaving as i did not really want to have to talk to the guy as he seemed to be not interested in helping people. but have no worries after a few weeks all the air bubbles finally disappeared and now my ipad works and looks great.

The geek squad installed a screen protector on my newly purchased Sony Xperia 1. It is very convenient for my to browse the store and within 15 to 20 minutes return and have the screen on my phone. A few months later, my phone dropped and the screen cracked, thanks to the perfectly placed screen protector by the geek squad agent. I was able to return to the store and they installed my replacement while I browsed. This is top notch service, I love Best Buy, and will always continue to do business with them!!

The shield was great and I highly recommend that folks use the Zagg shield on the kindle. The fellow who helped me with my kindle and accessories purchases walked me right over to the guy who installed the shield. He was quick, professional and friendly, gave me instructions about what it would do and how it would function, and it was a great experience. The only thing that was a slight hiccup was that he said the bubbles would disappear in a few days to a week, but it actually took almost two weeks for them to go. Otherwise, it was great and I'm very happy with the installation. Well worth having them do it, as I don't think I would have had the nerve to do a wet install (literally, water all over the place!) of the shield on the kindle!
