My Delafield store has a service sales person named Cowboy, this is for real. This guy is super sharp and extremely helpful. Absolutely the best sales person I have ever had when it comes to helpful and great service over all. I suggest you ask for him if you’re in the Delafield store. Ronn. wisc.

We came to shop at Best Buy and had to also buy a screen protector on our brand new iPad and it was installed perfectly by Geek Squad.

When I purchased the Zagg screen film I automatically had the Best But tech lady install it. She did a fine job. She told me to take it home and said if I had any problems with it to please bring it back to the tore and she would work to make it right. After I got home I noticed that a small bit of "dust" was under the screen film. I took it back to the store and she installed a replacement screen on my iPad Air. Now it is 100% OK. If I would have bought the screen and tried to install it at home I would have been stuck with my installation job. Thanks Best Buy for making it right. It is sure worth it to pay for installation. In the end it saves you money and frustration.

Every time I have needed a screen protector put on a cell phone or tablet have always turned to Best Buy Geek Squad rep. They have always done a great job making sure item was put on perfect with no bubbles. Since they do this all the time it’s easier for them and it comes out good. Tried to do it once myself and it was not fun. If you do it yourself and mess up you may be out of luck but if they do it and they have a problem they will just grab another off the shelf. When purchasing a high end phone or tablet you definitely want a screen protector and this is the way to go.

The person who helped us was very knowledgeable. Love that the shield protector is lifetime protected in case it cracks.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing, and with 10 minutes before closing i left with a perfect, and i mean perfect screen protector on my iPad, not a single bubble, speck of dust or anything under the screen, still perfect to this day and i have zero complaints l.

I really goofed up trying to put my iPad Screen Protector on myself. It was worth $14.99 to have a Professional put it on for me. No lint under the Protector and no bubbles either.

I debated whether to add a glass screen protector to my iPad, but it cost too much to leave unprotected. I've installed my own screen protectors before but the dust, bubbles & unevenness that resulted from DIY attempts convinced me to get Geek Squad to apply it on expensive devices. The courteous, friendly technician got it perfect on the first try, advised me not to put the cover on until it dried, and I left feeling a lot more secure about carrying the iPad around. I bought a zagg glass shield to protect a new Samsung s2 tablet. The shields had inherent flaws--speckled and the glue didn't stick on all the corners. Geek squad put on four zagg shields, but all four had flaws. The zagg shields were discontinued for my tablet, so they were out of options. The geek squad team leader (David) offered to install another shield if I could get it from zagg, which I did. I'm so impressed by this level of customer service. He clearly went out of his way to resolve the problem for me so I could protect my new tablet. THANK YOU Geek Squad.
