After being assisted in the purchase of the latest iPad model I decided to also get me a screen protector, since most of the time my 4 year old will using it. Knowing it needed installation and thinking about my past installations bad experiences when I did them myself I decided to give The Geek squad a try. They took great care of me and I had to wait just a few minutes for the installation to be completed (Geek Squad was not very busy as I went mid week), after it was done I saw that they had done an amazing job! I definitely recommend Geek Squad for their great service.

Walked up to the counter and was told I was in the wrong line, When another employee said I can help you right now,needless to say she went out of her way to complete my screen protector purchase and installation.as I was leaving I thanked her again and told her lunch was on me , I work as a recruiter for a large company it was all I could do not to try and recruit her. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The gentlemen at the geek squad counter was great. Quick, friendly and support great job.

I have always purchased Zagg screen protectors but this protector is equally as good. It was easy for the Geek Squad to install and is performing great on my IPhone. I love the security function as well it works very well. The Geek Squad installed this on my phone very quickly as they always offer great service in store.

The lady who sold me the phone worked very hard to get my data transferred but there were difficulties, not her fault. She even got the Geek Squad people to help. We ran out of time because of closing so I had to come back the next day. The lady I encountered the next day acted as if she didn't really have time nor the motivation to help me. Another customer buying a phone even commented on her lack of interest. I am older and not exactly tech savvy and I think a lot of salespeople just don't want to deal with us even though we have money and make purchases just like everyone else. Finally she did come help me. I did get most of the transfer done and left but her willingness to explain things to me just was not there.

Excellent service. Amazing that it was covered free of charge by my yearly service plan, even though the screen protector was not purchased at Best Buy. I am giving only 4 stars out of 5 because I had to return to the store to retrieve the box which the Geek Squad forgot to return to me when the installation was complete.

Had the Geek Squad install my tablet shield. I like paying someone to stick those on for me because I can then have ridiculously high standards for the work. If there is any hairs or dust under it, I expect them to do it again. Repeat until absolutely perfect. I also made sure to communicate that to the tech as I was purchasing the install. They took a long time to get the shield applied, and it was expensive for what is basically putting on a fancy clear sticker. With this "install" I was buying years of non-annoyance. I got perfection and it was worth every penny.

Why fumble around, make a mess, mumble under your breath when all you have to do is have GEEK SQUAD do what professionals are trained for? They have installed many things for our family. So glad we've used them successfully over the years. And the ease of putting this protective film on my iPad glass saved me from bouts of frustration. So don't hesitate or procrastinate, save yourself from pulling out your hair and call GEEK SQAD before your finish reading this review. Sure saved us wear and tear!

Geek squad did a really great job putting the glass shield in the iPad. Highly recommended

We purchased two Samsung tablets within a week or so from Best Buy. With both, we had a Zagg Shield Protector HD installed in store. With the first one the Geek Squad Techie new what he was doing, took his time, and it came out having only a couple of very small blemishes and was acceptable. On the second one, done by someone else was basically a failure, lots of imperfections and unacceptable. He obviously didn't have the experience of the other techie, or take his time. The excellent part is that Best Buy (a fine company) removed both and refunded our money since the protectors were guaranteed along with the installation.

Incredible gadget easy to use , accuracy and faster

We had the best service ever. I don’t have the persons name but have yet to have such great service as we did from the young lady that helped us with the I Pad !! Also the young man with the geek squad that downloaded info from old to new. His name was Dalton hers began with an I.

Bought the Geek Squad late last summer in Rockford. Thought the price was a little high, but "Geeks" did a lot of work on our computer and they were very patient in explains things we needed to do. Then had work done in Crystal Lake store because they had the earliest appoint time. They also did an excellent job! And I think the computer was only there two days! Impossible to live without your computer now days.

After I purchased my new iPad Air they asked if I wanted any accessories. I asked about the screen shields and they recommended the Zagg product. They also asked if I wanted it installed. I said yes and it took only ten minutes to get it installed. They pointed out that it would look even better after it dried in a few days. They also pointed out that I would get a lifetime warranty if I registered it on the Zagg website. I did that and the warranty makes it worth the price I payed .
