Great tablet shield for our grandson's tablet. The young lady who assisted us picking out the right one also installed it for us. Very happy. She deserves a raise!!!

After waiting for my new iPad Pro to be delivered to my house (because they didn’t have one at the store), I brought the iPad and the ZAGG screen protector back up to the GEEK Squad and they put it on free of charge. These GEEK squad guys and girls have always been very helpful and respectful, even when you have the dumbest questions...lol. Hope they get a few laughs from my lack of electronic knowledge!!

The Geek Squad installed the screen protector on my new I-Pad. It works very well. Between the Otter Case and this Screen Protector, I have maximized my protection of the device. The online Apple store did not have the Screen Protector in stock yet as it is a new item to the market. But Best Buy did have it and again the convenance of them installing it right there on the spot was great.

The agents put on my glass screen potector perfectly with no bubbles! Great job and fast service!

The shield is worth buying. It protects the tablet very well. Fingerprints do not show on the screen. An associate applied the shield to the screen before I left Best Buy. I was told the shield imay be difficult to apply to the screen without getting air bubbles under the shield. So I decided it was worth having an expert apply the shield. It was worth the fee to have it done at the store.

Glad we had Geek Squad install the shield because he even had all kinds of heck with it, but he had WAY more patience than I would have had, and the great thing is we paid only once, and the expert struggled through two shields that ended up being ruined, but finally got it perfect the third time. It looks really tricky, and you have to keep it downright wet, but the extra $15 bucks for Geek Squad to do it was a lot better than spending a fortune on a stack of shields trying to do it properly ourselves.

The agent and team we worked with was great and very patient as we had to transition our old technology into 2 new ipads. This has been our best experience since the COVID fallout

The Geek Squad @ West Little Rock ALWAYS gets the job done right for me the first time! I have jerky hands so tablet installs are usually not for me.

The agent put my screen protector on with one little bubble at top.bubble is gone.they to;d me if didn’t go away they would redo it in a week ,but it worked itself out .all good .only thing is they charge 15 to install.with the size of my purchase 2000,seems like being nickel and domed to death,took literally 10 mins .

Was way better than doing it myself. I’m never doing it again

The geek Squad put it on the same day. They were pretty quick on putting the shield on the mini iPad.

We just wrote a great review for the Zagg glass shield. We have always used Geek Squad, before they were Geek Squad, to install them. If you do it yourself and mess up, you are spending all that money for another. Speaking of which the Zagg shield went on sale and I need to get my refund with a price match of the one I just paid full price for. Again, they do a great job and we highly recommend them, and we are kind of penny pinchers. Worth the Bucs....

The agent who installed my screen protector on my new IPad was wonderful. He was very professional and courteous. He was very careful with my tablet when installing it. I have never had any luck installing them myself. I waited until Best Buy opened back up for in person visits before I bought my new IPad because I wanted a Geek Squad agent to install my screen protector. I was not disappointed either.

Samsung ZFlip 3 screen was a pain--needed to be replaced a couple of times before finally being able to upgrade the phone. Still, nice to be able to bring it to Best Buy and get it replaced for a very low cost.

One of the best customer service experiences I have experienced! The team member who sold me the ZAGG screen for my new IPad Pro, walked me over to another team member for the installation. That team member happened to have a free moment, & he installed the screen perfectly (and I’m really picky! ). I left the store a very happy camper :-). I consider it well worth the $15 charge.

Didn't think to do so for my Apple IPad Pro 2020 11" but how good is it with the guarantee to be replaced by professionals? I def highly recommend and the backed up guarantee they offer if there is any issues, honestly the best deal by far yet! Look into it, no bubbles or issues and took no time to do so while I shopped around.

Customer service was amazing. Haven’t had a problem with bubbles or anything with my screen protector. Everything is great.

I bought an IPad and they put a screen protector on it at the store. They also put the protective case I bought on it too. It only took a couple of minutes. They were so helpful and friendly.
