I bought a 2 year warranty from the geek squad. They are very good. In house and online. It is better now. Instead of waiting in line, now they take appointments. I found out the hard way, just walking in and waiting to have service between appointments. They get you in faster. This is 1 thing i don’t like. I shattered my screen. They are not allowed to fix apple products. I think I understood him correctly, otherwise good product. I have used the for my Mac and iPad.

The employee was great about checking to see if the Zagg screen protector we needed was in stock since it was not on the shelf. It was and then they installed it for us on our new iPad. We now have a smooth surface and protection for the device and the backing of Best Buy and Zagg if anything goes wrong.

I bought this screen protector years ago and it is still going strong without a scratch.

I have had this screen protector on my previous tablet and on my wife's tablet. Neither of the protected devices has ever had a scratched screen or shown any wear pattern from repeated game use or touching same area of screen in applications. Putting this on my new tablet was a no brainer. Let the pros put it on. Unless you put these things on regularly you will have problems getting all the air bubbles out and besides if they mess it up you are not out the cost of a second screen protector.

I had the Geek Squad install Zagg glass screen protection on two new iPads. Fortunately they were able to install at the time of purchase, no reservation required. The install was quick. One install was flawless, the other had a small bubble near an edge. I pointed this out. No problem, the installer took it back and within minutes I had two perfectly installed glass screen protectors. I'm sure, from ex, that I could not have done the job myself. Highly pleased and recommended.

This shield for me in a definite investment as I bought the 12.9 2021 IPad Pro and so far so good , I did pay the geek squad to Install it because sometimes my hands aren’t so steady and I wanted it to be right. They took almost 30 minutes to install it and apparently messed up the first one they tried because they had to come out and go get another one off the counter. Still I’m glad to have it and glad they installed it , as though it took a bit longer they did a great job

Best Buy did an amazing job installing my screen protector. Anytime I need to get it changed. They’re always happy to do it and they do a superb job I wouldn’t go to any other place.

Better safe than sorry when it comes to expensive products. Haven’t had any issues yet.

The Geek squad agents quickly, professionally and happily put on my new InvisiShield right after I purchased the tablet. The InvisiShield has worked just fine and my only gripe is that the shield wasn't totally centered in the middle and hangs off just a little bit (1/16 of an inch) on the edge on one side, but I have my tablet in a keyboard case, so you can't see it anyway! The price is a little high ($15), but I would probably screw the installation up and have to pay for a new InvisiShield anyway...so they ended up saving me money.

The Tech installed the Tablet Shield in minutes. It was and is flawless. He did a great job. Although, I think purchasing such an expensive item an install for this should be free instead of $15 for a 5 min task, but it is what it is, i guess. I wasn't comfortable trying to install it myself on such an expensive item and I was traveling soon after my purchase and didn't want to take the change of dropping it before i could find someone to install it for me for "free or cheaper".

Installing screen protectors is difficult and frustrating. I can't tell you how many times I have messed it up. Somehow, there's always a speck of dust or two that gets trapped underneath it. Definitely worthwhile to pay to have the pros do it for you. If there is anything wrong with the install they will redo it at no extra charge. In the end, it's cheaper to pay Best Buy to install it, than have to purchase replacements when I mess up.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing my screen protector on my iPad. I highly recommend them for all your needs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They great at explaining what they did or what needs to be done. I aways have the Geek Squad for all my electronics.

Everyone has a good chances of wining but everyone thinks we can win or not it’s just taking your or risk to win and be brave and believe in yourself

The cost for the installation is high. Please lower the price since the device and accessories are nought to your store. I cannot recommend it for the cost of installation.

So, on this particular visit, I was not able to have Geek Squad install my tablet screen protector (as it was discovered that the screen protector that an associate helped me choose does not fit my particular device), but I have used this service in the past, and Geek Squad always does a fantastic, flawless job in a speedy amount of time. Highly recommended! :)

Even though my screen was no longer in stock a new one was installed. I paid a minimal fee and have protection for life.

I wish I remembered the Geek Squad person who helped me. He deserves a medal. He was SO patient and did a great job installing the screen protection and OtterBox case for my large IPAD. It wasn't super easy.. but he made it happen.

Wonderful service from the mobile department who stepped up to help due to geek squad being tied up with the computers. The shield was installed quickly and professionally. Jordan made sure that It was placed property with nothing between the screen and the shield. I have used bestbuy for shield installations on all of my devices and it is totally worth the cost.
