Wonderful service from the mobile department who stepped up to help due to geek squad being tied up with the computers. The shield was installed quickly and professionally. Jordan made sure that It was placed property with nothing between the screen and the shield. I have used bestbuy for shield installations on all of my devices and it is totally worth the cost.

I bought my laptop for college and decided to purchase a screen protector for extra safety. Deciding to allow the Geek Squad to install it was the best idea! I left my laptop with them to install the screen and a few other things within a 24 hour window! I was surprised when I got a call 2 hours later that my installation was already done! Loved the efficiency and customer service!

Quick, and as I waited! Has stayed in place under usage. Love it.

While I hate paying for services that I can do myself, I allowed Best Buy to install my screen protector. They assured me that if the shield failed, they would install the replacement at no charge. Also, they told me to return if I found dust particles, bubble or other unattractive issues after the protector had been on my device for a few days. I could not have done a better job,based on other screen protectors I have installed, and have no reason to return for a replacement or re-install. So far, all is well!

Great service. Was able to slip me in without an appointment. First try was looked good but then created bubble when tablet was put in the case, so they redid it for free.

Always purchased the Greek squad installation for any of the tablets or phones that I purchased. As a general rule I’m not very good at installing these screen protectors and I find that they are more experienced and you don’t end up having bubbles or‘s weird spots in your tablet area.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad installation of phone screen protectors! You can always ask them to reinstall the screen protector if it isn't to your liking which is way better than messing it up yourself. They sometimes even open a new screen protector package for FREE if they can't salvage the first one. This makes it a fail-safe way of having your screen protector installed to your liking! Highly recommend!

They did an awesome job putting on my screen protector for me. I tried several times to get it on without bubbles but it just never worked for me. So glad they were there to help!

The Best Buy employee doesn’t an Excellent Job when installing the Protection Screen. I witnessed an iPad that was ran over by a car and the Glass Screen was not cracked except the weight of the vehicle caused the internal parts to be pushed out the sides!!

There was a communication problem. Geek squad passed it off to someone else, who passed it on to another. It seems the staff was not clear on who could install it, so I was sent to a few different places with the response, I’ m not supposed to do that anymore. So I had to wait a while before they decided who was going to do it. The woman who did finally do it was extremely friendly and efficient.

I wasted an expensive clear shield for my iPad trying to get the bubbles out. I applied and reapplied. I had bubbles, sticky fingerprints, lint and it was slightly crooked. I got frustrated and bought another shield and had BB techs install it. They are awesome! It's perfectly invisible. It doesn't affect the pencil either. It's like glass. I have coverage and protection and you don't even know it's there. Pay the $15 installation fee. You won't be sorry.

Helpful that tech attached so it was insulted correctly

The sales person was great but hadn’t worked with placement of this type of shield. I was thankful as well as impressed that they were willing to openly say that they didn’t feel comfortable putting it on and found someone else to do it. I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, but to any & all of your sales staff, I want to say thank you for being so honest with me. It’s one of the reasons we continue to shop at your store.

Overall, I am happy with the Geek Squad's ability to put the screen on. Initially when it was put on there were some bubbles in it. However, after 24 hours of allowing it to set, I was able to take it back to Geek Squad and they put on a brand new one without any cost to me. The second time around it had no bubbles and has done great protecting the screen. I should also mention that I, myself, am terrible at this kind of stuff so having someone do it for me for a very reasonable fee was great!

Kinda annoyed by there new process. They took it in the back completely taking away the opening of the box aspect for a new product and then took over 30 minutes just to apply a screen protector. I miss when they did it right there with you and it was quick.

Let the Geek Squad do what they do best. They are computer pros and will do things correctly. They stand by their work and work hard to make you happy with your equipment. These are super people that work for you. Can you do a few things to save a few dollars, yes. The difference is, the Geek Squad will do it right and then there is no doubt about if it was done right or questioning yourself and wonder if it was done right.
