Excellent service. Reasonable price. This is second time I have used BB to put a shield on a product for me. I would use them again. They were fast and efficient. I could not do this myself. Glad BB offers these type services. What might be simple to some is not simple to others. Thanks guys!

Best Buy is the only place I go to have screen savers installed on my phones.

I didn't trust myself to not get bubbles or make my tablet screen protector crooked doing it myself, so I took it to Best Buy and them install it. It came out perfect and it was free with my Best Buy Protection plan

The Zagg screen protector is excellent and to have a Best Buy team member put it on was even better. I don't have the knowledge or hand steadiness to do this. They were excellent.

One of the Geek Squad reps installed my newly purchased Zagg glass on the iPad Pro I just purchased here at Best Buy. I tried doing this once on an iPod and made a complete mess of it, necessitating the need to buy a Zagg replacement. Never again. Because the Geek Squad does these on a regular basis, it is a no brainer for them! Perfect, and well worth the approximately $15 I paid to take my new iPad home and ready to gp!

After watching these glass screens get installed on several phones, I knew there was no way I was going to attempt this on the Surface Pro. It was installed properly, no dust or prints trapped under the screen, it is parallel on all 4 sides, but just a smidgen to one side. I'm scoring this -1 star, mostly based on the price for the install. After buying an item well over a grand, plus the cost of the ZAGG, was a little disappointed to have to pay an installation fee for it. I realize that it is a one time fee for the life of the device should the protector ever need to be replaced.

my screen was put on with my set up for my ipad all in one setting-so didn't have to come back....very convenient and was very easy to work with and friendly-thank you Geek Squad

I have tried multiple times to install regular screen protectors on different devices and always end up getting dust or air bubbles underneath. I've also attempted to install a zagg invisible shield which was a pain. The geek squad got this install near perfect. All bubbles went away in about a day just like they said and it looks great. Only con is the home button cutout wasn't lined up perfect so there is a little bit of dirt starting to build on the edge. Not causing any issues yet and hopefully it won't. Other than that I am extremely happy and can say from experience it was totally worth the extra money to have a "pro" put the invisible shield on.

They were very friendly, and got me in without an appointment. Didn't know if you would have had the screen protector or not , no one else did.

Agent was readily available for my appointment. He was professional, managed to multi-task with other customers coming in while still quickly installing my iPad Pro screen. He kept me updated on any issues along the way. Now we feel more confident with the safety of the iPad screen. Great protection.

First of all the Manager at this store is unbelievably helpful and gives excellent customer service. The employees at the Geek Squad counter were quick and efficient.

Staff was very professional and very friendly and greeted me with smile. the timing was very quick on installation part on my IPad . I work in the customer service industry which is a very important part of any business. Every year I renew my membership with geek squad cause in know I can always count on them to work on my equipment.

No matter how hard I tried, i couldnt get that darn thing to stick on straight and be clean under it. i have cats and their hair would mysteriously appear under film that was clean a nanosecond before. soooo frustrating! I had the GeekSquad mess up one on an ipad....they pulled another one off the shelf and fixed it on the spot! They will do right by you. i have had them install 4 of them on various devices- WORTH IT. my phones and tablets are protected till their last day

The agent helped me by installing the shield, and transferred data from the old IPad to the new IPad. He listened to my questions and took the time to explain what I needed explained. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way.

After standing in line for half an hour. I was told to go to another line to stand for another 15-20 mins. because geek squad are the only ones who install the tablet screen protectors. However, weeks before the Bestbuy mobile employee installed my iPhone screen protector and did it in half the time. It took them half an hour to put it on and when i came back they made me wait again for ten mins in line. I had already paid. They eventually worked them selves out but when they gave my iPad back there were bubbles all over it. They didn't try to squeegee them out at all. I could have done the same job. Definitely not worth the $15 dollars.

The technician applied a protective shield to my tablet and it was worth every penny it cost. It was also done quickly.
