The agents installed my screen protectors and did an excellent job and were really friendly.

The Young lady who did the screen saver installation did a great job. She made sure that the tablet screen was completely clean and free of dust before installalling the screen saver. She also made sure that any bubbles under the screen saver were removed and then cleaned the screen saver. These screen savers can be a little tricky to install, so it is best done by one of the Best Buy professionals.

I bought my IPad Pro 12.9” and decided I wanted a screen protector since the screen is so large. I chose geek squad because they offer a no worry process of installing the screen protector. If I buy it and try to install it and mess it up, I pay to replace it, If I pay them to install it and it doesn’t install properly they fix it at no extra cost other than the installation fee. In my opinion, a NO BRAINER!

The Zagg Shield is great. The clarity is outstanding and you don't even notice that it's covering your screen but you can be confident that the screen is protected. The in-store install took just minutes and with a full guarantee I knew I would not have any problems. Although other reviews say you can put the screen on yourself, I did not trust myself and wanted it to be perfect – and with the Best Buy install it is.

Ive had Zagg covers before and I know they're a great product. I've also had Best Buy crew members install them for me. This was the first time that it took three brand new protectors to get one on and on right. I The Best Buy crew members were extremely patient and worked diligently until it was installed and installed correctly to my satisfaction. I dont blame them for the problems - you could see the scratches on the Zagg's - it must have just been a bad batch.

Installation of screen protectors will always be done by an employee of Best Buy. They get it done right or redo it.

The agents explained everything very well about how to get a replacement shield, and once I received it and returned to the store, they proceeded to install it on my watch very efficiently

They do a great job. I asked about installation when paying for iPads and clerk quickly assured me they could do it. My bad for not looking at receipt closer because they charged $15 each for the “service”. We had two iPads.... I was surprised when looking over receipt later

I can't put a shield evenly on a phone let alone a tablet. I had 2 big tablets that both needed a screen protector (12.4 inches). I brought my own and they installed them pretty quickly. It is a lot cheaper than buying several screen protectors because you have to try again.

Loved my 3rd generation iPad but glad I upgraded to small iPad Pro. Super bright, clear, sensitive screen (opted for the glass screen protector and finger prints no problem). Nice camera upgrade. Super fast so great for streaming TV and movies. I only read books on iPad. No problems with iOS 10 install; still learning new tricks! Glad I got the 9.7" size - lightweight to hold and fits in purse. Love APPLE products...

I'm sure it would have been easy enough for me to apply the screen protector, myself, but the one I bought was not cheap and I didn't want to risk fudging up the application. The Best Buy staff was professional and precise in their service.

They were super helpful & kind! I bought my iPad & screen protector & they installed it the same day!

The Geek squad folks did a great job installing the screen protector. They aligned it properly and there are NO bubbles. I will forever have them perform this task for me on all of my future devices. If they mess up the install, they will go get a new one and reattempt, so there is no risk of having to purchase another screen protector if you screw up the install.

Brandon installed the shield for my new iPad within minutes and ordered my case after discovering there were none available in the store. He set up my new IPad for me and went over the new features of the IPad Air that I purchased. He was efficient ,patient and kind to a 73 year female.

One of the most frustrating things for me is putting on a screen protector, I have trouble with the alignment and bubbles. The Geek Squad agent was able to do it quickly and perfectly while I got to shop around the store. The experience was painless for me so I highly recommend this service. It is well worth the price!
