I normally always end up with bubbles or slightly off but when they installed the screen protector on my OLED Switch I couldn’t even tell it was on. Took me a second to realize a screen protector was on. It looks amazing and keeps the beautiful OLED screen safe.

If you've ever paid the (high) price for a Zagg shield and then ruined it trying to install it yourself then pay to have the Geek Squad do the install. If they don't get it done perfectly they replace the shield and do another install at no cost. They've always done a perfect job the 1st time on my devices, but last year they had to replace a shield 3 times on my husband's phone before it was bubble free.

Geek squad installed a tablet shield. Did not purchase shield at Best Buy as they did not carry this item. Geek Squad advised that if product broke during installation, they could not replace. I gave them permission to install and they did an excellent job.

They are patience, and trying to give you the best service as possible. I love my geek squad. Need to have so much patience, because it takes time to complete our wishes as much as possible. My dad was impress by their works, and say thank you for helping me out.

Geek squad charges I think $15 at the time, and installation was fair, if they mess it up they'll reinstall at their expense, or so they told me at the time. Later, I learned how to install them myself; imagine paying $15 every time. I have 4 zagg shields for different devices. The only reason I recommend is if you aren't sure on how to install it. My advice learn how to do it yourself to save a buck (or $15)

I have used Geek Squad to install protective screens on my phone and my Wii U gamepad. From someone who frequently gets fingerprints on just about any surface, I found it necessary to have professional agents install my screens. The Geek Squad members at Best Buy are certainly timely, professional, and helpful when it comes to preserving your new gear. Be sure to budget a little bit extra to make sure your gear lasts a long time.

BestBuy applied Zagg glass to my iPad Pro 12.9" tablet because they are fast, very good at it and guarantee it. Don't take a chance on your investment, leave it to the hands of your qualified and friendly BestBuy staff.

As part of the purchase of the table we ordered, the shield install was to be at no charge. Once the tablet arrived and I asked to have the shield installed, I was told there would be a fee. I tried to talk to the employee to no avail, and just finally paid the fee to avoid another trip. We called our sales rep at a later date (he was not in the store at the time of pickup) and he took care of everything and we were reimbursed. It was just a hassle with what we were told at the time of sale vs. at time of pick up that should/could have been avoided on Best Buys part..

I had Geek Squad Serviceman install shield on my new iPad Air for the nominal cost of $14.99. He took care, cleaned iPad , positioned glass shield exactly, replaced iPad in protective booklet cover and made sure iPad worked easily and correctly. He also explained registry process and guarantee. I was very Happy with service of approximately 15 minutes. I can hardly tell iPad has a glass shield Great Product.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating technician!! However I was not aware that should have scheduled an appointment for the service. There was a sign posted, but neither my friend or I saw it and waited in line over an hour.

Excellent customer service! The clerk took the time to show my 5 year old grandson how to work his iPad. Now my grandson can show me!

Tablet shield is a good product but it's overpriced.

I really liked the Tablet Shield , it is better than I expected, a bit pricy but worth it. I wasn't impressed by the person attaching it to my ipad. She tried with the soft protector first and failed, no more in the store,so they tried the tablet protector and claimed it was defective and then finally on the third try, she succeeded. I even got to pay to watch the failed attempts. ,

A Best Buy employee installed the tablet shield and was very consciousness in his work. He was not pleased at first stating that he saw a speck of dust - which I could not detect. He fixed it. Those who have seen the iPad did not believe that a shield had been put on the iPad. Very pleased

I've only tried to install a screen protector on my own once. This service is worth every penny I've paid. Quick and friendly service.
