A Best Buy employee installed the tablet shield and was very consciousness in his work. He was not pleased at first stating that he saw a speck of dust - which I could not detect. He fixed it. Those who have seen the iPad did not believe that a shield had been put on the iPad. Very pleased

I really liked the Tablet Shield , it is better than I expected, a bit pricy but worth it. I wasn't impressed by the person attaching it to my ipad. She tried with the soft protector first and failed, no more in the store,so they tried the tablet protector and claimed it was defective and then finally on the third try, she succeeded. I even got to pay to watch the failed attempts. ,

The geek squad set up our new tablet for our daughter. They did a nice job and walking through how to change passwords and do other things that we needed to do. Very happy with the support they providedt

The guy put the shield on very quickly. He answered my questions I was bombarding him with while he was working. He showed me how he was doing the process and all the different things he was putting on it. Explanations for everything. (Inquisitive minds want to know) He let me watch everything. When he handed it to me to take home...... He smiled. Very friendly. Most people seem too busy to smile anymore. I appreciate that.

Geek squad installed the shield and guaranteed it. They stand beside their installation. It took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way.

I recently bought the standard HD Shield screen protector for my iPad Pro, and had it installed by Geek Squad, and although they did as good of a job as was possible, the product is subpar to put it nicely. I went back and exchanged it for a GLASS screen protector, and Geek Squad did an excellent job with the install and it looks perfect. Great product and excellent install!

I had a Geek Squad associate install my Zagg InvisibleSHIELD on my iPad and I am so glad I did! The associate took time to make sure the shield was installed properly and without bubbles. The first shield did not install correctly so the associate installed another one. The Zagg package said "easy to install" which is not true. I am so happy that I let the Geek Squad do the Zagg InvisibleSHIELD installation on my iPad!

I'm a believer in protecting the device screen (the sales associate tried to tell me I really didn't need one since I'm a "gentle user of my device") so am pleased with this one and am totally pleased that they did it for me in store. It takes a certain knack to put these protective shields on. Shouldn't be left up to the consumer. Too much room for error. It should be complimentary, however, after investing in the device (in this case an ipad pro--not inexpensive) but it was worth it to have it done properly.

The Geek Squad is the best thing that could happen to a not-so-savvy computer person such as myself. I have used their services many times, and have always been totally satisfied. I like that when I make a Best Buy purchase, they are available to assist in any learning process needed. The techs are super knowledgeable and always ready to help.

I love the Geek Squad for perfectly installing the Tablet Shield! The installation was superb! I can transport my device anywhere and feel confident that everything will be in place sans damage! What an achievement!

When my favorite electronics and tech store Circuit City closed yrs. ago. I searched out Best Buy. They are my go to store now. They overall do a good job but the Geek Squad now they do a Great Job!! Everything they touch of mine they get a 100% A+ rating. They are the best. I've used several times at home and in store and they get it done Right!! Kudo's Geek Squad!!

I cringe at the thought of installing an invisible shield, especially for a smaller screen such as an IPhone 5. I read many reviews about what can go wrong with the installation and I just don't want to mess with it. We had the luck to have the Mobile Manager of the Mount Laurel NJ store and she installed the shield on both of our new IPhone 5's (wife's and mine) in less than 5 minutes. Worth every penny in my book!

I attempted to install on my own and ended up brining it in the Geek Squad. If you're paying for a screen protector you should have it installed professionally. Save yourself the aggravation of trying to get it perfectly, air bubbles, etc... Best choice I ever made.

Best Buy associates give the best customer service! I’m not able to put the screen protector on myself so was relieved when Chase offered to do it for me. There is a small fee, but we’ll worth the cost. The work is guaranteed, so if there is a problem it is taken care of.

I hate paying someone to do something I could easily do. But in the case of applying a screen protector, if they mess it up, or if it was defective out of the box, they just walk out and grab another one to finish the job right! That happened this time. Worth the money to avoid additional expense or another drive to replace what you just brought home!

I can not recommend this enough!!! I hate installing my own screen protectors so having them do it was a no brainer

It was close to closing time and I made an unscheduled drop in at the service department to get a Zagg tablet shield installed on a gift iPad Pro 12.9. The sales clerk told me it would take about 15 minutes. The tech had me in and out in 5 and the installation is so perfect that you can't even tell that there's a shield installed. Well worth the small cost.

The rep was meticulous in cleaning the screen and applying a protective glass cover to my iPad. She allowed me to scrutinize it and removed all air bubbles. Great customer service. But it would have been just great if the installation was complimentary with the purchase of the new iPad and the glass screen protector.

They were able to apply the screen protector while we waited. We were there purchasing right at closing time and they were great about staying late and applying the screen protector. They let us know it would have a few bubbles that would disappear within 48 hours. I was glad they let us know that or else we would have been back the next day to have it redone. Within 48 hours the screen protector looked great.
