Was a little disappointed that progress was stopped on my request with a scheduled appointment to answer "a question" that ended up being 6 questions and to schedule another geek appt with another customer that walked up while I waited. Wasn't sure why they couldn't wait their turn like I did. However, last visit was extremely exceptional! So maybe Agent was not sure how to multi-task and ask kindly that the folks behind me would be served in the order that they had appeared

Agent who installed the screen protector on my new iPad caught an actual flaw/blemish in the iPad screen. I am so glad that she caught it now and was able to resolve situation in the store while I was there as opposed to me getting home and finding out myself then have the hassle of going back to the store, etc.

They installed it in a timely manner but the only thing I’m irritated with is that you have to pay an additional 15$ for the installation on top of an already 50$ screen protector. I think the installation should be included with purchase of item. If this doesn’t bother you and you are fine with spending the extra money, go for it, otherwise see if you can find someone to install it for free or do it yourself.

I spent the extra money to have BestBuy install the Zagg shield on my Note 8.0. The first one installed was defective so I returned to the store and they kindly were willing to exchange it and replace it with a new one. I'm glad that I paid the extra for them to put it on because I'm pretty sure if I would have done it myself I would have messed it up. I would recommend paying the extra money to have it installed that way if it is installed incorrectly or is defective you can go back to the store and have them replace it within 15 days.

I've tried once before to install my own ZAGG shield, I never did it again. If you want it done right, and if they make a mistake, then it's on them and not you. I just recently started paying for installations, before I was getting them for free, and now they charge. I think it's a little too much to have them install it, personally.

I had paid to have them put a screen protector on. The 1st guy put it on, and there were dirt & prints under the protector. I asked him about it, and he said it would go away.It Didn't. I Took it back the next day, and another tech placed a 2nd one on, same thing happened. I wouldn't accept it. I had the manager put it on, and he finally got it on correctly. My advice is if it does not seem right the first time do not accept the work. Overall they did stand behind their work, and fixed the issue. Liked that they were professional.

I purchased a new iPad and needed to purchase a screen protector. Glad I went to Best Buy - they had the protector I wanted and the Geek Squad installed it for me. They were quick, professional and well worth the service fee because I could have never installed it myself without messing it up, 1st try. They did it and quickly! Thanks, Geek Squad!

Installing a screen protector is never fun... and when it's a glass one, you add breakage chances to bubbles. When the store installs one, if the break it during the install, they replace it... if it has a defect or bubble, they replace it and do it again. to me it's worth the cost (-15 USD) to have them install (and carry the burden of any issues.)

The charge seems a little high, but was well worth it. The first Zagg Shield for my Wii Gamepad was defective and and a new one was installed. The second started to peel a little the first week. I don't believe either issues was due to any errors by the Geek Squad. Thye promptly installed a third shield and it looks flawless. Highly recommend to have any Zagg shields professional installated.

Installation was quick, easy and the associate was helpful, friendly and very competent. She treatd our iPad Air with respect and made sure that the protector was perfect. I felt very confident with the Squad in charge!

I would be wringing my hands today without theGeek help. I had a problem I couldn’t fix on my own. After trying I decided to call. A very nice young man took over my computer with me on the phone and within 30 mins or so, all was fixed. I love the Geeks and use them when I need. They are always pleasant and helpful
