I had read that sometimes glass screen protectors can crack when being installed, so I had the Geek Squad install mine since they are so experienced. They cleaned my iPad screen first and installed it very quickly without an appointment. It looks great and is working great!

The Geek Squad installed the Paperlike screen protector on my iPad correctly and quickly while I waited.

I like paying the $15 option to have Best Buy install my screen shield. It's a one time charge, per device. Since the shield itself is guaranteed for life, I can return it to the store, and they will put on a new one, no charge. Have used the service and it was seamless.

I have tried with mixed success to apply shields in the past. The shield was applied by the Geek Squad to my iPad and has performed well. I know if it peels off a new one will be applied for no additional charge - but there has been no need for a replacement. Great quick service!

I use the BB in store installation service for all my phone and tablet protective screens, they do a super job, and if there is a problem it's corrected at no added expense, plus if the screen protector ever needs replace it it will be done at no added charge...this is a super service I highly recommend...well worth the small cost...

The geek squad agents are pros at installing any kind of shield protection on any device. They installed my protective shield on my ipad and I'm glad they installed it rather than me taking a chance on ruining it myself. So if you thinking about doing it yourself let the pros at geek squad do it.

took geek squad 3 tries to get it right. i am glad i paid for the install or i would have had to eat the cost of a new protector. i bought my protector at the at&t store and i hope i can get a free on site replacement at best buy since it is zagg brand

Been using this screen protector for all of my devices. You get life time warranty and free replacement but have to pay for installation every time if you go thru best buy

Had a Shield installed on my Ipad by a Geek Squad member. Looked easy enough to install myself but some friends of mine tried to do the same and somehow got bubbles under the shield. Didn't look that bad but I didn't want the same to happen to me. Well worth the extra dollars for the professional job.

I always bring my phones and tablets for the family here for the screen protectors. They always put it on straight with no bubbles.

The agent had put on one screen protector with a slight flaw. Without hesitation or giving me a difficult time he willingly replaced it and made it to perfection. I attempted this myself with a protector for the Switch off Amazon and the product itself was flawed. Thank you guys!

A friend told me that she had the protector installed by an employee. So when I purchased the Ipad2 for my 12 year old I requested it as well. Knowing that if anything ever happens to the protector (I didn't put it on correctly), the warranty of having it done by Best Buy means they will reapply a new protector for free (including the purchase price of the protector).

The tech who installed my screen protector was pretty quick and did a good job. Besides getting a hair caught on the inside I have no bubbles or problems with the screen. They said I could take it back but I don't live in a town with a Bestbuy and didn't feel like going all the way back. Besides you can only see the hair with a white screen. I like that it has warranty :) They did a way better job than I would have done installing it. It would have been a mess.
