Its a great help after buying a screen prob having some extra help to install it in a profesional way...Its quick ,great service and guaranty that if it doesn’t work they would do it again onto is done..I truly prefer that they do it that me...I truly recommend their service...

A friend told me that she had the protector installed by an employee. So when I purchased the Ipad2 for my 12 year old I requested it as well. Knowing that if anything ever happens to the protector (I didn't put it on correctly), the warranty of having it done by Best Buy means they will reapply a new protector for free (including the purchase price of the protector).

The tech who installed my screen protector was pretty quick and did a good job. Besides getting a hair caught on the inside I have no bubbles or problems with the screen. They said I could take it back but I don't live in a town with a Bestbuy and didn't feel like going all the way back. Besides you can only see the hair with a white screen. I like that it has warranty :) They did a way better job than I would have done installing it. It would have been a mess.

The installation of my screen protector by Best Buy was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Not only was the tech super friendly and welcoming, he also really took his time to ensure my screen protector was installed to perfection!

Had trouble finding the correct screen protector to fit the new tablet I bought. Had to end up ordering it on line and was hesitant to try to put it on myself. Went to Best Buy to Geek Squad and they were more than glad to help me. Did a great installation, with no bubbles at all. Will go to them for all device protection when needed.

the in store gentlemen that assisted and took care of my order was extremly helpful and took great care with my belongings when he assisted me. The geek squad was so knowledgable and really knew what he was doing and was very clear at explaining everything to me. I appreciated that he took his time and made sure I understood.

you did not have the tablet shield in store so it was sent to my home. When I received it I came into the store and the agent put it on my new tablet.

I know, it costs a couple dollars but it's saved my bacon a few times. Sometimes the shields I've purchased were ripped or otherwise unusable. This way they'll grab another in the store. Also I don't do this very often and they do so it makes them better at it, more practice.

Protecting the glass on my iPad Pro was a no brainer. I opted to have a Geek Squad member do the installation. Although the protectant cover had a number of air bubbles in it, the tech assured me that they would disappear in less than 48 hours, which is exactly what happened. I am happy with the tablet and the protective screen cover.

I was particularly pleased that the installer checked carefully after installing the shield, then had another person look at it because she thought she saw an imperfection in it; that was the case, so she installed a second one in just a few minutes. That one was fine. It would have been difficult for me to see the imperfection, so I was impressed with their honesty.

I would rather have a professional with geek squad install rather than risk messing up myself. As long as they are not busy they can usually just take a walk in with no appoinment. The guy that helped me was professional and quick. Total time was about 30 minutes (he had to grab some things to get ready). Totally worth it!

Agents were great! Solved all my problems in a short time. HIGHLY Recommend them.

I bought a $50 zagg screen protector and while i couldve installed it myself, its better to have bestbuy do it because they ensure thats it makes it on perfectly

Best Buy sales representative, Nathan, took me over to The Geek Squad counter and hooked me up right after my purchase. The Geek Squad took care of me as soon as they could. Great service!

Geek Squad installed a screen proctor for my new iPad mini 4~ I would have them install it again. I had already had my adult (extremely careful) daughter install a proctor despite how careful she was the proctor had bubbles etc which I could not tolerate. Geek Squad installed this one with out issue in about 20 minutes.

Love to buy items at best buy, everything like TV and Laptop was the best thing can stay it long, best ever!!

I buy all of my Apple products at Best Buy and their employees are the best. While I do pay to have the shields put on my products the employees always do a perfect job of installation and they do it with a big smile and a kind heart. Best Buy employees are very much appreciated by me. I look forward to seeing them now and then.

I tried installing the Shield, which turned out to be a disaster. I returned the one I destroyed to the company and got a replacement. I took the replacement to Geek Squad and the tech installed it in minutes, flawlessly. I felt like an idiot, but it's really not easy to install without experience.

Was a little surprised there was a $14.99 charge for installation of the shield for my iPad, after I purchased the iPad, the shield and the balance folio for the iPad, all from Best Buy! However, I was very pleased with the quality of work done with the installation!

I have OCD when it comes to putting screen protectors on my electronic devices. I opted to pay geek squad to do it. Well worth the price. Took less than 5 minutes, plus the associate told me about the warranty that I was not even aware of that comes from the manufacturer of the screen protector.
