Customer service was great installed quickly there was a flaw in screen protector was brought to my attention by associate was told to bring back in a few days to have it replaced for free was impressed

We bought a tablet and a screen shield. We immediately brought it to the Geek Squad so they could put the shield on professionally. They were quick, very helpful, and explained exactly what they were going to do. We are always pleased when we go there. Way to go, Geek Squad!

I don’t mind the screen protector it’s doing it’s job BUT the warranty has something to be desired. I wanted the Zagg protector which comes with a lifetime warranty but the store seems to be always out of stock on the Zagg protector. I will say this Katie at the Wilmington, NC store is very helpful and really knows how to install these products.

I wish I knew the young ladies name that helped me. She is now in the Geek Squad but she also helped me when I purchased a new phone. She is excellent. Keeps a lot of balls in the air helping customers but also her fellow associates.
