The agent did a wonderful job of putting on the screen protector! It was a little costly, seeing as how I bought a $500 iPad and the shield from Best Buy already- but it was nice to have them just do it right the first time.

If you’ve ever tried to install a shield on any device and wound up with more bubbles and misfits than you’d like. Then you know you should have had a professional do it. What’s more it’s guaranteed to look good and last.

I always enjoy how meticulous the geek squad guys are. The guy that did this job would not quit till he had it just right. Even wanted to make double sure we did not do anything to harm it for 24 to 48 hours. He was so proud of himself it was awesome. Thanks geek squad I can never get those screen protectors right.

The pro installation was worth it. When I have installed similar shields on other products in the past, they just don't get on the way they should. The Best Buy pro was really good, and the results were superb. Worth the investment.

In the Martinsburg store, I only get Richie to do my shield installs (others esp in the Winchester store haven’t been as adapt). Being 2 days before Thanksgiving & Black Fri, I took a chance on David & he did a great job! I ALWAYS have BB install mine! They have have replaced a few w no inssues!

If your no good at putting on screen protectors the geek squad got you covered and do it for you.

I knew that the Geek Squad had much more experience attaching a shield to an iPad, and I was concerned that if I had done it myself and it wasn’t centered, that it couldn’t be removed.

The Tech that did my installation was fast and did an outstanding job on the application of the screen protector. I have learned over the years that this is the only way to go. Have someone that does this hundreds of times install it. Well worth the money and time.

I had the tablet shield installed by an agent and io have been very happy. I was also told that if something happened to it it would be replaced free of charge. well worth the money.

While screen protectors have gotten easier to put on since the plastic sheet that seemed to roll up and nearly impossible to get air bubble out, I have always used Geek Squad to install. They are professional, quick and always have an outstanding finish.

I was told by the girl that helped me that I should put a screen protector on my tablet. which was a great idea considering my two year old at home. She told me I could leave it with geek squad and look around and it would be ready in a few minutes. when I pick it up I had to wait for at least 5 minutes as they stood around and finally a manager walked over and asked what I needed and went into the back to find it. after ten minutes of him searching turned out it was right on the front desk waiting for me but the kid working there was too lazy to get it or tell anyone it was there. the manager told me to wait 4-6 hours before turning it on so that it could form and stick to the tablet. when I went to turn it on the tech had rushed the job and had creased it everywhere and bubbles where all over the screen and looked horrible. when I called the tech said that I actually needed to wait 24 hours before turning it on and that he didn't know why his manager would have said that too me and that If after the 24 hours if it didn't settle to bring it back. it ended up looking better a day later but was still messed up in a few spots. needless to say I wont use them again to install anything I could have done myself

The process took extremely long for whatever reason. I had to sit around for maybe 20 minutes until they finished applying the screen protector. The application itself was perfect, no bubbles and perfectly aligned.

The young man who helped me answered my questions and assisted me with I had questions about. The Department needs more people to help customers one is not enough.

Very courteous helpful staff. Besides installing the InvisiShield he was very helpful with gathering other items I was in to purchase. InvisiShield for the Suface Pro is very expensive and recommend having the team at Best Buy to install despite the $15.00 service charge to do it.

After struggling with installation of a Zagg screen protector on another device I owned, spending the bit of extra money to have the Geek Squad install this one on my new iPad was well worth it. Service was fast - completed in less than 15 minutes - and I have encountered no problems with installation service.

..... you're getting a "professional" installation and a warranty/guarantee on the service. If Best Buy messed up the install, you can take it back and they'll correct it. And if the screen shield itself fails and you claim Zagg's warranty, you can take the replacement screen to Best Buy and they'll put the replacement on at no cost. So you really can't lose.
