Would highly suggest having them install it on the iPad given its size. It had one bubble when we picked it up which did go away over night. Money well spent vs the hassle of trying to install it perfectly.

My screen protector was installed perfectly and in no time.

They were helpful courteous understood that I needed to get it put on cuz I couldn't get it put on and they found someone right away to help me they put it on and then they showed me how to handle a couple questions I had very excellently

The only issue I have is finding a consistent Squad member who can install a sheild of this size consistently well. They will however install a new shield until you are satisfied. Since my shield is a Zagg, it's a "wet install. " This means you may have to wait a couple of days for bubles to settle out, but once they do, you'll be thankful for having the protection of a lifetime shield with a lifetime install.

I was taken on time in the store for my Geek Squad appointment. The tech was courteous and business like. He took down my information and told me when to come back. It was very quick. The job was perfectly done. The installation was great!

They say it is easy, but installing the shield on a phone/ipad has always been troublesome for us. Geek Squad folks with their experience was a homerun! Fast and effective, plus they explaining every step, so we felt part of the process. GS install is the only way to go for us.

Great job by the Geek Squad, I've used then a number of times applying Zagg Shields on Cell Phones, Tablets & FitBits. All look & work great.

I was skeptical to purchase the installation service, but am so glad I did because it the first two packages of the Zagg shield were defective. Finally, on the third try we got a product without defect. Even without the defect, I could not have been as thorough and efficient in installing the shield.

The associate Anaiza was very informative and did an awesome job putting it on plus sold me some extra accessories. She impressed me so much I recommended my daughters and my mother to go they also bought from your store due to this associate knowing her stuff. We will be returning to make more purchases.

I purchased this screen protector the same day I purchased the iPad air. The directions are clear, but makes it clear, it is difficult at least to properly install. I elected to allow the Geek Squad to do the install especially after talking to sales clerk who verified this screen protector is NOT easy to install. There was a significant charge for this service, which should be included in cost or protector.

Love that this shield is on my iPad to protect the screen from any scratches.

I went through 3 Zagg screen protectors that had lifted edges, dust, or various other problems. Paying for Best Buy's Geek Squad to do it, they took it into the back in a dust-free environment and perfectly installed the 4th warranty replacement. Worth the price.
