This was a great service for me. I have applied the ZAGG shields in the past and really didn't want to struggle with this one. The agent was friendly, it only took about 10 minutes, and he did a great job of eliminating the bubbles (any remaining ones disappeared in a day as usual for ZAGG shields).

They installed the protective shield on my device perfectly!

I use this service to add all my Zagg shields on. It is worth the few dollars for them to install. If they make a mistake during the install process, they grab a new shield and re do the install. I have used this service over 10 times for various devices.

The geek squad instillation is great. The original one that I bought had smudges on it so the guy helped me install another one. It's better to have them install it since an iPad is big and pretty difficult to install especially the zagg shields since you have to spray on the solution and stuff.

They did a good job putting it on. However, my device was wet when I got it back. They did not inform that the spray they have to use before installing is what caused it. In my opinion they should have made sure to wipe it down before putting the iPad back in the box. I was just nervous of the possibility that the moisture may cause water damage to my brand new iPad

The screen protector failed to go on properly the first time but they simply just retrieved a new screen protector from the shelf and applied it to my iPad free of charge. We had many laughs and good times

The technician did an excellent job and was very patient with lint removal before attaching the glass. The protective surface is great.

The tech said the screen still had bubbles which was normal for the type of protector but that if they didn’t go away within 24 hours I could take it back and they would replaced it. The bubbles did go away so no there was no need to take back

The Geek Squad installed the tablet shield in no time. They were friendly and professional. It didn't take them very long which surprised me since I did not have an appointment and had just purchased my new ipad. Excellent Work.

I’m glad a I paid a little extra for the installation, when I’ve done it in the past I always messed it up and had air bubbles etc. This was done perfectly and no air bubbles.

The installation of the product was fairly rapid. I have no complaints about the work done. My issue is that I was not told by anyone that the installation of the glass shield on my iPad would prevent me from installing the iPad in a case for 24-48 hours, to allow the glass pane time to bond to the iPad. I would not have purchased the glass or paid for the installation if this information had been shared up front. That was disappointing, especially as my need to immediately install the case was very clearly stated up front. In this case, customer service failed to hit the mark. That being said, the installation was quick and they did a very nice job of performing the work. I have not had any problems with the work performed, so I can say that I would recommend the team that did the actual work. The information transfer was terrible, the physical work was outstanding. Know that if you are having a glass pane bonded to your iPad, there will be a curing time that will not allow use of a protective case for 24-48 hours!

We did not wait very long. We were explained the process as the fix was going on and we actually learned about our equipment. It is one thing to buy and another to understand what you paid for and how to use it to it's full capacity. Very knowledgeable people. thank you
