We did not wait very long. We were explained the process as the fix was going on and we actually learned about our equipment. It is one thing to buy and another to understand what you paid for and how to use it to it's full capacity. Very knowledgeable people. thank you

I couldn’t do this myself without it looking like a kindergarten project. The Geek Squad installed the screen protector quickly and perfectly.

I had a Zagg protector put on my new IPad. The geek did a very good job putting the protector on and it didn’t take very long to wait!

It was a real pain to cut the Shield from a size of 10.1" for a Samsung Galaxy Note to a 9.5" for a NOOK HD+, as I understand. Person had to do it 3 times because they had to cut it to fit. As a result, there are some pit marks on the shield. Other than that I'm pleased at the clearness of it.

The Geek Squad are the ones we get to do our tablet shield installation! Since our iPads are an investment for us, it’s better to have the professionals do the work right! In fact, we have them do everything for us! Great people and great service!

The fee for installing a glass screen protector on a mobile device is a little steep. But, when considering that if you install it yourself and mess up, you would have t pay double or triple the installation fee to purchase another protector, it is worth the cost.

Geek Squad did a super job to install the Shield. I did not have to wait long. It is important to know that it is not easy to install yourself. Your best to take to Best Buy Geek Squad to have them install the Shield. It is the best Shield. It feels great on the fingers on the tablet screen.

I did have to pay to have this installed, which is okay, but I think because I bought the product from them I shouldn't had to have paid as much as I did. But other than that I was very pleased with everything. The geek squad person was very very friendly & made me feel like a valuable customer.

I don't have good luck installing screen protection, so I like having Total Tech protection. The protector was installed for free.

Decided to do screen shield install the right way on my New S2 tab. Had it installed by someone that can do it correctly. The people at Best Buy did a gr8 job. Can't even tell it's there. Well worth the cost after spending good money on a new Galaxy Tab.

This chrome book has been easy to use. The kids use these at school so it was perfect to have at home since they are familiar with it also. The battery has a long life. Easy to set up. Can be used like a tablet or keyboard completely flips around to use as a tablet

First time having the geek squad put a screen cover on a product but not only did the newbie geek install it perfectly, he explained the lifetime warranty on the screen protector but stated they would reinstall a new one if it had to be replaced at no charge!

I had the Geek Squad tablet shield in store installation for my son's tablet and it was great. the service was fast, clean and they are really detailed and friendly. Great customer service. Now it is even easier to keep clean (just a wax product in a microfiber towel and it will last forever).

The tech person that installed this glass shield was very good at it. There were no bubbles or any imperfections showing. Great job. It is a little pricey to have it installed, but since it is so hard to get it right, it was worth the cost.
