I liked Geek squad service for every thing, I generally buy geek squad with every product and I rely too much on them, this service never disappointed me in any thing, their Screen installation is completely professional and I liked the way they performed it. I recommend geek Squad service.

Excellent service from best buy service agent with geek squad. Installation and install was great. Also register product and warranty replacement is active for breaks or damage of installed glass.

Bottom line is that the repair and replacement policy for getting the work done with Geek Squad by far outweighs their customer service, timeliness, or quality of work. The sales team was great, also not speedy, but after a 30+ minute check out, having to wait 45+ minutes for the GS to do an install was testing my patience, especially since I could see several folks not working. I guess you could say, it didn't feel too efficient. They were courteous, though. Quality of work - I think that the installs turned out okay, but they either left on some of the original protective plastic or did not install all of the screen saver (if it was supposed to cover the metal siding). Since I do not live close to a Best Buy, I have not been back. Additional note: The actual screen saver and the stylus that came with my Samsung Note 10.1 are not friends (I do not press to hard, the stylus is just pointy), and I will need to repeat this experience in the future. I am really glad that I had this screen saver installed. It is great quality and I will be stoked to get it replaced in the future. Hopefully, I will not have to wait as long then.

The Geek Squad were perfectionists applying the screen. Don't try to do it yourself! Air bubbles are not your friends. They have done so many and are responsible for putting it on perfectly without air bubbles! You'll be so happy you didn't try to do it yourself!

I was very pleased with the quick service and help of the Geek squad. I tried once added a protective cover to a different I-pad and it was not a successful insulation.

I tried doing it on my tablet but screwed it up have two tiny bubbles. I had geek Squad do it for my wife's Tab S 7 tablet they did it PERFECTLY!! Smooth installation and NO bubbles!!

I've had Geek Squad install glass for me before. They rarely flub up. This time was no different. They answered my questions beforehand regarding the glass and a case I'm using, so I wouldn't spend money on something that wouldn't work with my case.

As always the Geek Squad did as promised in a timely considerate way and I was as always very happy.. My expectations met as always. I have never been disappointed by them. Not only smart but respectful, well mannered and kind.

SO grateful that best buy will do this for a small fee - worth every penny to save me an anxiety attack while trying to get screen protectors JUST RIGHT on a device.

I would not have been able to put the screen on myself after watching how the geek squad guy did it. He was very carefully to make sure the dreaded bubbles where not going to show up on the screen. At first I thought the price of the screen was too high but all in all it worked out fine.

One of the very good one, unscratable, unbreakable,and still in very good condition.

We pay that little extra to have the Geek squad put on our screen shields because they have lots of experience and if something does go wrong they will do it again for free. You can’t go wrong. They are always professional about it too.

I have applied these shields many times myself, but when the technician applied the glass shield I couldn't believe how flawless the application was. I am very picky about the shield and I would absolutely recommend that the team at Best Buy apply yours.

You can follow the instructions to clean the iPad Pro screen and install the ZAGG and still have stray dust particles and smudges leaving "bubbles." Trust me, I know. I paid the $15 to have the Geek Squad put it on and it was perfect.
