My in-store purchase have been great. The Best Buy employees have been there to help and advise me on difficult decisions. 

The Best Buy rep who installed this screen for me was a pro! Fast, easy, no blems, no bubbles and he took his time but it did not take but a few minutes. Well worth the time and effort.

We always use these with all our iPad purchases. Great to have used them when time to trade up for another...there is no damage to the screen.

Agent installed my screen protector for me and said if it breaks or comes off I can come in they will replace for me. I tried to install myself by to many bubbles I could not get out.

They were very kind and professional giving me advice on the best screen protector to use for my sons iPad. They applied the protector and it looks great. Can’t even tell one is on there.

The agents were friendly and eager to help, they helped set up my new I-pad and transfer the apps and other info from my old I-pad. The agents were patient and very helpful. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star review was that the wi-fi was slow and it took several hours to transfer my files.

I was impressed with how he did it, cleaned the original screen first. Very personable, but I didn't know I was being charged for it. I thought it was a courtesy install since I purchased it there. The other fellow put the case on without charging, so I guess I thought this was gratis. It's better than doing it yourself.

Had Geek Squad install a Zagg Inviashield on new iPad Pro. Well worth the price paid because they went through 2 of them before getting it on perfectly. I have always had good success with Geek Squad and will continue to use them when needed.

Was installed well.no bubbles and scrach.i was told that they will install it in 5 minutes but i waited almost 1 hr.its ok because it was done well.still highly reccomended.i understand they were so busy that time

The person who put my screen protector on was very professional and very quick. I don’t think I could have been as smooth and I know had I tried to do it, I would’ve taken a long time. I appreciate their professionalism and work.

I am pleased with the screen saver but thought it was pricey! I was disappointed that I had to pay someone in the store to put it on. The person doing it did an excellent job!

The agent was very professional and prompt but I still feel the price is a bit high for a few minutes of work. Other than that, very well installed and it works great. The best part is that they would replace it for free if it gets damaged. We'll see if this will be honored if needed.
