Geek squad is always phenominal! Love best buy to yhe moon and back

The Geek Squad team is absolutely professional, they answer all my questions.

This is critical to have a smooth, seamless result. The bubbles went away in a couple of days, they just dissappear exactly as they told us they would. These are not easy to install, I know, I've tried before. Don't assume you can tough this one out, it can be an expensive mistake.

I could never have gotten it on as well as they did in the store. They did a great job and it didn't take very long. Had I installed it at home, I would have found dog hair under it for sure. Well worth the minimal charge to have them do it for me.

This is a no brainer for us. The shield is not cheap! It is a necessity for our household and usage. If the geek squad installs it and messes up they keep giving you a new one until it is perfect. If you mess it up yourself you have to purchase new!

After waiting an excessive time for my turn, the Geek Squad did an excellent job. They are experienced and applied the shield to my iPad quickly and perfectly. An easy process for someone who has done it many times before. It would have taken me a lot longer and I probably would have messed it up on the first try. I probably would have had to purchase another to get it done properly.

Won’t purchase a screen protector from anyone but Best Buy. It has a warranty and if it is installed by BB then they will replace it when damaged. So helpful.

Do it. If you have ever put one on you know what I'm talking about. If you have never put one on, look at some reviews, you don't want to. I was out of there in 10 minutes and there were no bubbles, or hairs under it and it was lined up perfectly and best of all I wasn't frustrated.

I figured if I'm going to pay $30 for a Zagg invisible shield for my iPads I might as well have it installed correctly. Geek Squad installed two for me and before the end if the night they started to bubble. I took them back the next day and they replaced them for me at no cost.

I swear they had the screen protector installed before I even asked them to do it. Jimmy Johns needs to let Geek Squad use their slogan because it fits like a glove. Very Polite and efficient. 10/10 would reccomend.

Zagg screen protectors are said to prevent smudges, scratches and damage depending on the cost level of the product. The basic one is thinner and more difficult to apply. The pricey glass protector is thicker and easier to apply. Zagg warranties their product thru registration with Zagg. Zagg will send a new product but do not cover reapplication costs. Best Buy charges $15. To apply the screen protector thru the Geek squad. If it doesn't get applied correctly, they will redo it. $15. Is worth the trouble since many of the protectors bubble up or get damaged during installation. Charging an additional $15 to apply the screen protector after buying the tablet and screen protector product is just another Best Buy revenue enhancement. It might be more customer service friendly to offer free Zagg screen protector installation if you buy the tablet, screen protector and a case in one major purchase. The goodwill generated would easily offset the extra $15. Profit.

The Employee finished my iPad with a zagg protector shield did a professional job. Worth the extra money. Zagg product doesn’t come with the best instructions.

I had the Geek Squad install the screen shield and the cost was only $24. In my opinion it was worth it. They did a great job and I watched as he did the work. It took a little effort but it came out great and the best part I didn't have to do it.

I realize I could put a screen protector on, and I think the newer products to go on easier. However, I think the price is reasonable for the lack of stress, and the quality at which it was placed.

I was traveling for work and wanted to have a screen protector installed on my iPad 10.5. The employee was extremely helpful in getting me a person lined up to install it for me. They were very prompt and did a perfect job installing it.

The agent was prompt and knowledgeable. He installed the shield and I was on my way .
