Great service !!, they installed shields on my iPad Pro, iPad, iPhones

Although I felt it was overpriced, I didn’t want to take the chance of getting bubbles or lines in it if I did it myself.

The woman who helped me was really nice and helped me get a person to get the correct screen cover, then I went back to the original woman and she replaced the screen cover for me. And it looked brand new.

Was installed professionally and without ANY bubbles or dust. Will absolutely have them do it again as my hands aren’t as steady as they used to be.

It cost a little extra to have Best Buy install my screen saver on my Iphone, but it was so much easier than trying to do it myself. I always mess it up! Now if I need a replacement, the installation will be free at Best Buy, as well as replacing the Zagg screen protector.

Major shout out to Chino, CA store Geek Squad Manager Brad - this gentleman did an awesome job setting up my Acer Predator Neo 16. As of 2 weeks having the unit, I have NOT had any issues as those mentioned by others. Rather, like the majority of owners of this model, I've been very satisfied with the quality of the laptop; all due to Brad informing me of my setup options at purchase to when he completed the work. No garbage programs, no screen issues, delays, lag, etc. All working 100% as discussed and requested. Brad is THEE man to get your pc setup. I'm sure his team is equally competent but this guy gets all the kudos and a pat on the back from me. Thanks Brad and to Alex Munoz and Adam!

The protector is good and the staff is very helpful

Very caring associate understood my concerns about severe dust in my apartment and why I was paying to have my screen protector installed at Best Buy. They have an industrial building with less carpet dust and the proper tools to remove dust particles in the installation process. The associate understood my challenge with dust at home and helped me select a great quality screen cover and installed it dust free. Not one spec of dust on my tablet screen and was very respectful of my expensive brand new tablet. The cover was centered perfectly which I appreciate since off-centered covers are a big peeve. Bravo! I might pay up to have all my device protectors professionally installed moving forward since the dust I live with from my aging apartment carpet is uncontrollable.

Koda did a fantastic job installing the screen perfectly on my Fire 10 Tablet! He was very nice and was able to complete the task while I ran my errands.

Replaced my very cracked shield. It is perfect now and I paid for the service so was a bit offput when the geek guy who replaced the shield (he was great) told me his manager asked him to tell me not to request service like this again at best buy unless the shield was purchased at the store. I had purchased online. I thought that was bad customer service and a bit cowardly of the manager to deliver the message through the guy who helped me.

Tldr; left a small air bubble in the screen protector installation. I'm choosing to ignore due to inconvenience. Rather not have paid $15 for someone else to install slightly imperfectly just to avoid stress. I paid $15 for the "team" to place a screen protector on a brand new ipad i just bought in that shopping trip. The "team" still left a tiny air bubble (size of the tip of a ballpoint pen) in the middle of the screen. Literally right in the middle. I waited in line, another 30mins on top of the 30mins wait time to get it done, to get it fixed, they said if they damage the screen by taking it off to fix it, they'd have to charge me to get a new one to replace it. I hate to be a perfectionist about it, but I paid $15 so someone who knows what they're doing could do it right the first time. If this was the case, I couldve done it myself. Which I have before with extreme anxiety and good results (one similar sized air bubble near the edge of the screen protector, eventually got it out over time). Couldn't see who actually worked on the ipad, how the process went, and everything was secretive, they took my packaged products behind a black curtain, took 15mins each time to do it, and brought it out without packaging. Why the weird secrecy? It's now been a little over a year and that bubble is still apparent. I'm just ignoring it until the screen protector itself is damaged or needs to be changed for whatever reason. If i did it myself with imperfections, I'd be less harsh, but I paid someone to do it accurately and with no inconvenience.

The associates at customer service, on the floor and Geek Squad were all so courteous and professional…like perfectly working parts in a machine. It was a fast process and I couldn’t have been happier with the results and experience.
