geek squad placed my shield on my iPad and it was perfect.

This was like the best service The guy who installed my screen protector on the tablet did a really good job he made sure there was no dust particles between the screen and the glass protector

Very caring associate understood my concerns about severe dust in my apartment and why I was paying to have my screen protector installed at Best Buy. They have an industrial building with less carpet dust and the proper tools to remove dust particles in the installation process. The associate understood my challenge with dust at home and helped me select a great quality screen cover and installed it dust free. Not one spec of dust on my tablet screen and was very respectful of my expensive brand new tablet. The cover was centered perfectly which I appreciate since off-centered covers are a big peeve. Bravo! I might pay up to have all my device protectors professionally installed moving forward since the dust I live with from my aging apartment carpet is uncontrollable.

When I purchased the Apple pen and Screen Saver, because I was rewards Member they installed my Screen Saver for free. I was happy with his installing my Screen Saver.

The associates at customer service, on the floor and Geek Squad were all so courteous and professional…like perfectly working parts in a machine. It was a fast process and I couldn’t have been happier with the results and experience.

All these people are magic. It I well worth the money to have them put on your screens and cases on your phone.

I love when they install instead of me. Quickly done and Geek squad was super nice and fun to all yo and offer suggestions for other items and/or fixes.

Replaced my very cracked shield. It is perfect now and I paid for the service so was a bit offput when the geek guy who replaced the shield (he was great) told me his manager asked him to tell me not to request service like this again at best buy unless the shield was purchased at the store. I had purchased online. I thought that was bad customer service and a bit cowardly of the manager to deliver the message through the guy who helped me.

i like the geek squad, I was upset that what I wanted was out of stock. My fault I should had came earlier. The squad was helpful in getting me what I want.
