I hate installing screen protectors, and the Geek Squad made it easy.

After purchasing a new Samsung 10.1 2014 tablet along with all the other goodies, I then had to pay an additional $15.00 dollars just to have them install a plastic screen saver.. but, I was glad I did. It took them three tries, three new screen saves and two people before they got one screen saver installed correctly... ended up being money well spent!

The installation of the protective shield by the Best Buy Guys was superb. I’ve tried doing this myself and I will never do it again after seeing the job the geek squad did. I feel my tablet is well protected now.

Upon buying a new I-Pad, I purchased a screen cover and protective case for the I-Pad. I had the Geek Squad at the store install both items and they did so quickly and efficiently. Glad I had this done by the pros.

Repair staff made an error during the fix. Though it took far longer to resolve, the team corrected their error, completed the fix, and at no extra charge to me. Repair quality was very good.

The only way the screen cover gets on correctly with no bubbles or dust is to let the Geek Squad do it. Especially on the large iPads.

When the store clerk showed it to me, I thought with my lack of patience, this was going to be a pain to install to fit perfectly, but he said the Geek Squad will do it and that also gives me an excellent additional warraty. Well worth the additional cost.

I like to pride myself in being a do-it-yourself-er, but when it comes to protective shields (like Zagg) for phones and tablets, I let the Geeks do it. It’s far too easy to get bubbles and air pockets under the surface.
