Best Buy staff took great care to make sure my IPad shield was installed perfectly - dust/bubble free. I am thankful this service is available as I would have had to purchase a few and still would have had problems with the outcome.

There was no way I was attempting to put my screen protector I myself. The gentleman at Geek Squad were fantastic!! They worked very hard to make sure it was on perfectly and it was! The guys at the Manassas store were AWESOME!

The tech made a mistake on the iPhone cover he told me to buy but he made it right. The cashier and the tech did not agree on weather the cover was covered by the replacement coverage by Best Buy however though the tech said he would look into it.

The installer was awesome, I've had others who were jerks, this guy took his time and made sure it was installed properly. I highly recommend they install.

I strongly recommend having Geek Squad install because they stand behind their work. This is the second tablet I've had them do this to. This time it had some bubbles so they ordered/installed another for free.

Screen protectors are a must have for IPads. I would not trust myself to apply the protector plus the Best Buy crew guarantees installation. If they mess up, they will try again with a new screen protector. For only $15, I would definitely do this again.

I had geek squad install my screen protector on my new iPad Pro 10.5" to ensure it was done correctly so I wouldn't have any warranty issues if it should ever fail. It took maybe 10 minutes and cost was reasonable.

The 2 technicians that came to my house were very professional. They took extra time to explain things to me and made sure I understood the installation. They were very patient and helpful with my many questions.

I had a tempered glass put on my brand new Birthday IPAD by a very nice young lady in your store on Southside Ave. She made it look so effortless...and I know it’s not...I’ve tried to do this before.

Personnel did a great job installing my protective screen covers. Very happy that I had them install as in the past, I have attempted on other devices and always had bubbles under the screen saver that I could not smooth away.

Wow! What a pleasant bonus. The Geek Squad put my glass cover on my IPAD for free.. and he did it efficiently with a friendly smile. Made my day!
