We had a problem with the 1st shield installation and bought the device back to the store. The Best Buy tech - different one than original installer - replaced it without skipping a beat. No subsequent problems!

Definitely have them put on the screen for you. No bumps, no air pockets - or they take it off and put a new one on!! I will NEVER put one of these on by myself again. Avoid the frustration and get it done right.

We Have purchased three Ipads in the last year. In all three cases we had the Geek Squad install the screen shields. For the cost, it wasn't worth me risking a bad install if I did it myself. They warranty their work.

They do a great job of getting the protective shield on without any bubbles. I love that if the cover comes off I can get another one put on and it is included in the initial price.

The screen was place on very smooth with no bubbles underneath, Thanks for a job well done. I have had one placed that had so many bubbles it distorted the pictures and so I love having such a smooth one.

I suspect i could install this myself, but those pesky pieces of dust that i never seem to be able to remove drive me crazy. Like i said, its worth the few bucks to have it installed right
