My wifes's tablet was set up and ready to use within an hour.

I’ll usually do things for myself but when I bought this, I had this thought in the back of my mind, “Maybe I should just have them do it.” Sure enough, they went through two shields before it was successfully installed. It was worth the money!!

The Geek Squad was phenomenal. From he time they spent answering my less than technical questions and providing explanations in layman's terms, It was worth the extra money to have them install the shield.

Given my prior success with me placing a screen protector, I absolutely love the service and results with the Geek Squad placing the protectors. As well, reasonably priced, along with excellent service.

Geek Squad has spoiled me, thier work is perfect. They are a pleasure to deal with. I am not one to try to save a few dollars, try fixing my surface when I know Geek Squad will do a perfect job.

Had screen. Protector installed. The technician messed up the first install but replaced it immediately at no cost. I’d rather have them do it in the store so it can be done right

The geek squad at the Gainesville Va. store is awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. The installation was done perfectly, I was really happy at the end of the experience.

The installation did not take long at all and was done very professionally and rather than trying to install myself it was much better having paid for it to be done right and with friendly service.

Shield was found by sales clerk and it was on sale. She put the shield on very quickly and was complete with instructions for how long to refrain from touching screen so cover would remain in place. Very courteous and helpful.

After watching them install it I'm glad that I had them do it for me. It would have taken me a lot longer and not so sure I could have done the perfect job that they did for me. Have mixed feelings on having to pay for the install especially since I had purchased the tablet there along with several other items.

This is great service cause I know I suck at putting screen protectors on my devices! You can bet if it's not on good enough for yor liking they will redo it!

When the Geek Squad is on it it gets fixed. This time it was installing a Zagg Glass shield on my new 12.9" IPad Pro. The installer didn't like the first one so she put another one on. No bubbles!!!

I've tried to do this installation on other devices. The Geek Squad Tech did an EXCELLENT job, no bubbles and no bad spots. Well worth the cost. It would have taken me three times as long to do it myself.

The agents always do a wonderful job. Once it is done all the warranty replacement installs are free. If you have total tech support it is free.

As a total tech support member I have had a few less than stellar installers. The person who did mine at BB in PTC was awesome. She has done my Iphone XS Max and now my Ipad.
