I was happy to purchased the Best Buy application of my Glass Screen Protection for my I Pad 9.7 Pro. I wanted it applied even and smooth so I paid B.B. their cost of 15.00 for labor.

I am someone who is extremely picky so if a bubble or dust is under the glass, I am not happy; the geek squad always installs my glass shields and if it's not perfect, they do it again, no problem!

Without this protective cover, I'm sure the touch screen on this tablet would eventually be easily scratched and scuffed. Plus, the protective cover does not diminish the sensitivity of the touch screen...Great product!

After reading reviews from those who chose to do this themselves, I decided not to risk it. Geek squad got my Zagg iPad Pro tablet shield on in no time. Totally worth the money.

I should first mention we were on vacation out of state and not at our local store, so that's where my experience is based on. I've bought several Invisibleshields for other devices and Best Buy personnel had always installed them for free. Now they charge you, but they'll warranty it right in store now. I went ahead with it because then I didn't have to mess with it myself later and the kids were anxious to start playing with the ipad. The worker took his time installing it, but was friendly and we talked the whole time. We get out of the store and notice a hair that was under the shield! Back in the store we go. Customer service apologized and offered to fix it for free, but leave it with geek squad for an hour or so as they're backed up. Not really happy since it was their mistake in the first place, but at least they fixed the issue.

I will pay the money to have them install my screen protectors. I like that they will do it again until they get it right, however I have never had them do it more than one time. I would ruin it and have to buy it again.
