It really protects the surface of the screen real well!!!!

I purchased a Glass Shield fir my New IPad, they did a great job installing it... don’t do it your self because these things are hard to do

It took the rep a few times to get it right, but it's something I am terrible at, so I'm glad the company offers it. I do think it should be a free service since the tablet and the shield itself are already expensive, but that's just my opinion. I'd use them again.

I went in without an appointment to get a Zagg glass screen protector put on my iPad. I was helped within 2 minutes and out of the store in less than 10. Fantastic work by Geek Squad.

I've had issues with Geek Squad before. I think their coverage on some products is better than others. I bought a big screen plasma TV in 2013. Best Buy knew that the plasma products were phasing them out. I knew as well but I felt like the Geek Squad protect me. They were good replacing a system board for me on that TV for free. However, despite several sites of people claiming to have had the same problem as I, they refused coverage. It was mostly due to the replacement policy where they replace it with a like item. There were no plasma TV like items. Then again I've used their service on other items with no issues. I hope that nothing happens to my tablet, but I'm sure with certain products Geek Squad protection works well.

Since the Geek Squad was swamped the associate that helped with my purchase offered to install the shield immediately. I am completely satisfied with his work.

Spend the 10-15$. Screen covers are too hard to put on, plus if they break the cover, they just have to get another one from their on site inventory.

I have had the geek squad install the screen shield on my first mini iPad. So when I purchased my second iPad I knew I couldn't do a good job so of course I had the geek squad do my second one.

Much better than what I was doing. There is one small air bubble on the top, but I can deal with that.

I have never had a lot of luck with installing things myself. I think I was provided excellent service and will have them do all my installation from now on. They were fast and courteous.

Since I am not a techy person, I found it better to let the pros install this on my Ipad Air 2. They were fast and efficient in getting this installed. Happy I made that decision! You will too!

Anytime I buy a new piece of tech that needs a screen protector I have them put it on for me. Because I always mess it up and leave a lot of air bubbles, and they never leave any. So the screen look great.
