I’ve tried and failed too many times to get the screen protectors. They get bubbles etc. Geek Squad always does the perfect job first time. A must do.

Great service even during the very demanding time of Christmas Eve

I think I that a wait of nearly an hour for a tablet screen protector install is a little too long, especially when they tell you it should take about 10 minutes. When I asked the customer service rep what was taking so long, the reply was "I don't know, they didn't say" and proceeded to ask if she could help the next person in line. I think the service offered is a great idea. I feel the cost is high. I paid $35 for the screen protector and an additional $15 for installation of something that according to the professional should take 10 minutes. I think next time I will take my chances and install myself.

While the installation can be done by the user, based on my past experience with screen protector installation, I let someone who know what they are doing do it. And for the price you can't beat it.

Ramon came and did our installation. He was on time, very professional, and a really great guy. We bought a new tv, and he had us up and going in no time.

The associate was friendly & accommodating, had some time to answer my questions. Was very happy it was done with perfection & expertise. Good & commendable job!
